This mug is not a 16 ounce mug as advertised, the minute I opened the box it was clear because it’s smaller and shorter than the 15 ounce mugs I have. Furthermore, the rubber lid is too big - it cannot fit around the top of the mug. I bought it as a gift, and I’m very disappointed. I am disappointed enough that this is the only negative review I’ve ever posted on Amazon. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Horrible! False advertising! Picture shows a hot beverage, but got it and packaging says for only cold beverages. Also, it is NOT 16 oz, even filled to the very tip top of the mug! Pissed because thought finally found a handless coffee mug thats big enough for my hubby...definitely not worth the $20 I paid for it!

Yeah it gets warm alright ! It even says it’s a coffee cup but says not to put hot liquids in it as it will become hot. What’s the point of a coffee cup you can’t put hot coffee in ?! Don’t buy this !

Exactly as expected. There’s not a lot to say about a successfully made coffee mug. The lid fits well, it’s a fun design, and it fits well in my hand.If you have especially delicate hands, a very hot beverage might heat this up beyond your capacity to hang on to it, but I don’t seem to have that problem.The lid is nice to reduce sloshes, and to keep my co-workers from breathing all over my coffee during Covid.

The pictures are misleading because it does show a steaming beverage. I think a lot of people looked at that and missed over, “only for cold beverages” it’s not a true 16oz and the rubber lid doesn’t fit properly. You could use it as a cold cup beverage but I think it’s better suited for display.

I bought this as a gift for my sister, she enjoys the fact that the outside gets a little warmer because she enjoys to feel the heat, and the silicone lid fits perfectly on top. It is a smaller mug but it is beautiful as a novelty and as a cup for those that enjoy to feel the Heat against their hands. Great purchase!

The cap won’t stay on. Spilled coffee on myself.

It is misleading with the heat waves coming off in the pic. When it arrives it says not for hot beverages. Disappointing. But I am a mechanic and have pretty thick skin. The heat don't bother me. I still use it as a coffee mug. Works fine. The lid is garbage. I just tossed it.

How can Amazon allow such false, misleading and hazardous merchandise to be promoted and sold on its site??!! The Amazon picture shows hot coffee inside it while the box clearly says “for cold drinks only”. Not only that, but the box has a warning that the product and/or packaging contains DEHP, which is “known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other productive harm”!!
