I bought this product being a little hesitant if it would actually be as delicious and easy to make as it appears. I'm happy to say that it in fact is! The packaging is very easy to open and when I opened it my small packets were jostled out of their place but that's okay because you only get two different packages so you can tell them apart. The Tea packet is aromatic and delicious on its own but when you add the brown sugar jelly packet it complements and boosts the flavor. Don't expect tapioca pearls because what you get is brown sugar jelly balls that have a similar texture but more flavor. It's a product that's easy to make and I highly suggest everyone try this product.

I bought this because I am obsessed with milk tea boba and I wanted something that was sweet and tasted like the real thing you would get at a boba place. This actually tastes really good if you like sugary brown sugar milk tea. It smells really good too and the jelly balls taste good like brown sugar. However, the boba is weird and is not real tapioca pearls. It is just jelly like it says in the title. So, if you want real tapioca boba balls then I would place a separate order for that.

Absolutely LOVE this!!! I've been dying for some good boba milk tea, but since everything going on, I haven't gone to get any from the only place that I actually like in another city. This is so damn tasty, but also very sweet so add a bit more water or even a bit of milk if you dont like it as sweet. I suggest buying some black sugar boba pearls to add more umph 💜💜💜

This makes a very, very small amount of tea without ice. While the flavor of the tea isn't bad its very light and lightly sugared. The bubble tea with jelly part is not anything like bubble tea with jelly we have had. Its a packet of brown mush with some maybe 1/4" balls of the same brown mush. There are no tapioca pearls or anything dark brown and round like a traditional bubble tea. The jelly is just mush, it goes away after adding it. It is not the square bits of jelly on the package or what you get from a tea store. This was extremely disappointing and very over priced and misleading. It was a gift, and it was well received. However, upon making it, they were sadly disappointed and said the jelly mush and balls tasted gross, but the tea was good but there was only a tiny amount of tea that it makes. So they haven't made it again and now I feel like it was such a waste of money. Don't have high expectations. I am not sure what other people got but it was nothing remotely like the photo or even decent tasting.

Did not taste like brown sugar to us, although it is very sweet. Package was broken and packets had leaked but it could not be returned as broken - we were just stuck with it.

I’ve never had bubble tea, I live in the middle of nowhere, and we just don’t have access to it. So I after a lot of product review reading. I settled on this. It tastes good, the ‘bubbles’ fit through my boba straw perfectly. They are more gummy then I was expecting. But it’s good. I would order again.

The product is good. There are balls, jelly balls inside. It's not just a liquid it didn't melt. What you have to understand is the bubble balls are not tapioca balls they're jelly balls so they have a different texture to it. They literally taste like a jelly so when you're buying this product please be aware that you're not receiving bubble milk tea with tapioca balls you are receiving bubble milk tea with jelly balls.

The bubbles are not as fresh, but the brown sugar flavor is great. The tea is a bit weak, but it's good enough. The packaging is very convenient - the bubbles floating in brown sugar in individual packs on half of the box, and the powder packets in the other side. Has a handy carrying case. Economic option, but the cafe ones are hard to beat.
