I bought this book for a dear friend recently diagnosed with Cancer. I read this book when I had cancer and it helped me a lot. It arrived as I was told it would and it was in great shape even though it was used. I'm happy I went with the used version.

I like the type of stories in the book. Am sending this to a family member suffering from cancer.

There's nothing bad to say about the Chicken Soup books and this one is no exception. This was a gift for someone who started chemo and she's not only enjoying the read, it's giving her hope and inspiration to stay optimistic.

I felt this book is very heartwarming and inspirational to those in need of mental and physical help getting through cancer.

I paid 700 bucks for this book to gift it to a relative. But before gifting I opened the package and was shocked and disgusted to see what I had paid for! The book was ultra light, thanks to the ultra cheap, thin and yellow pages used for printing. The paper was so rough to touch that I could not even easily turn over to the next page! So much friction. And worse part, the print of the back of each page was clearly showing on the front side! Clearly not the best quality and definitely not worth the money spent! I am such a huge "Chicken Soup series" fan, but this broke my heart and I felt I have been cheated into buying a substandard, bus-stand quality book from an INTERNATIONAL brand.A book this expensive is supposed to last for generations, being a prized possession of any library. But this quality would put any book collector or an avid reader off due to sheer lightness, roughness and yellowness of the paper. DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. Not worth more than 250 bucks!
