Pretty strong bands. It is very helpful to work out!!

This is a good product but has too short a life. I put the tubes around my shoulders and hook the other end to my feet, stretch the rubber tube to exercise my knees, 250 stretches each foot per day. I did not think of this way of exercising the knee from the very beginning. So this way of using the rubbers started roughly in early September 2020. In other words, about 4 months, 30,000 stretches, and the rubber tube snapped. Isn't that too short a life for the rubber product?Do you see the white-colored hard plastic sticking out of the broken rubber tube? It should not have any reason to be there and could have caused the rubber tube to break. I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement for the green color rubber tube.Also, the lengths of the tubes are not the same. The blue and green tubes are about the same length. When the green one is broken, I replace it with the red tube. But the rea tube is 3 inches shorter than the blue tube. It would be good if all the tubes are made to be of the same length.Apart from that, this is a better product than the flat rubber bands I had used before purchasing these rubber tubes. The steel hooks at both ends make it convenient to make a loop. And the nylon band enabled me to hook the rubber tubes to my feet.

I like the colors and the multiple uses that come from one bag.

Its a great set for the price. My only issues are the leanth of the bands. Im 5'11 and i can not get good stretch out of the bands for a sholder press. Or trying use both handles for bicep curls is a little scary because it feels like im going to over stretch them and tear them, but for single hand there great. Also the ancle straps. I would use ancle high socks because after a few sets. It starts to rub. Now like i said for the price its great. The equipment feels sturdy. 100 lbs worh of weight. Its great for a home use. Or as a travel set when your hotel dose not have a gym.

Love these resistance bands, with the gyms being closed it's super hard to stay in shape. Included are, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, & 30lb bands with a travel bag, door accessory, and leg anchors. Great tool to workout every part of the body. The quality of the product is that of something much more expensive, and after multiple uses now, there is no sign of wear or damage. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to supplement their workouts now and even after the gyms reopen.

Gym in a bag. Portable and easy to use. I can work every muscle in the body using the bands. With the different bands, i can choose the intensity of my workouts from light to intense. i would definitely recommend at this price.

Bought this set to supplement what little exercise my wife and I get when we are in lockdown due to the COVID-19 restrictions. It does exactly what it is designed to do. It provides resistance style exercise, but the user has to put forth the effort.

Great product. I'm 127lb and it works for me.
