Bio-DexProtect All Supreme (1 qt) (2 Pack)

I was advised to get this product for my newly replastered pool, as our city water has a high calcium hardness. As the calcium hardness has slowly increased due to the addition of city water, this product has effectively decreased it to the desired level.

Just acid wash and refilled my pool. Added a quart to start up balancing water. Retested total hardness every day. After a week now, still no change in total hardness level range so far. (Lives in a state where hardness level falls in a very high range.) Not sure what I did wrong or if it really worked.

Bought this to control scale on my pool after having tile bead blasted. It's only been a few months and I'm still seeing a slight build up on my tile despite perfect chemistry and using this product as directed.

This was added to my pool when it was started up. I had a pool guy that wasn't adding it weekly. After months I noticed we were getting a little calcium build up.We are going to continue to use this regularly so we avoid getting calcium. Just make sure you follow the instructions or you will throw your pools chemistry out of wack.

After chatting via emails with this company's customer service I ordered 4 quarts, raised my water 1 inch higher than existing white line of deposit. Turned pump on manual and dumped 1 1/2 quarts into 18,000 gal pool (they said 2 quarts per 20,000 gal.). Within 20 hours the line was gone from tile except for the grout lines between the tile and in spa what I couldn't raise because of waterfall outflow and some natural flagstone. After 38 to 42 hours I entered the pool and scrubbed the grout line deposits with a steel brush and all came off fairly easy. Spa tile was extremely easy as was grout but flagstone I'm going to have to use another of their products. They now have a life-long Las Vegas customer!

Have high calcium water in San Diego…. Used to have to battle the tile to keep it clean and clear… Been using as directed for over 5 years now and no more fighting t keep the tile clean.Only area where there is an issue is at the waterfall from the jacuzzi down to the pool… We use the Bio-Dex BD300 tile cleaner there and it works great.

I'm very happy with my results on a gunite pool surface. Took out the yellow, removed oak leaf stains and even removed a ring on bottom from a coin that had been left in the pool for a few weeks. I gave 5 stars because delivery was swift and how much better it worked than what the pool guy said they had already used before on my pool flooring & sides. Bio-Dex is by far better than the "purple stuff"I will be buying more every spring and summers end.

I purchased 3 quarts and have only used 1 so far. I had my pool water raised 2” prior to adding this to the water. I didn’t try to scrub the calcium line for 2 weeks (I was waiting for my heat pump to be installed); ironically, when I finally got in the pool, I didn’t have my scrub brush but realized that this product worked so well that I could literally rub the thick calcium off with my THUMB! I went around the entire pool (my thumb is kind of raw, lol), but this stuff actually WORKS! No more paying for bead-blasting!
