Love these socks. My calves get cold sitting at work and these are perfect. Warm and soft, not tight around my calf (normal size calf), medium thickness. Need to buy several more for winter.

This is my second year of purchasing this wonderful socks, which certainly needs perfectly. They are soft and warm, yet not too thick and still durable.

Mom got them from me as a Christmas present and loves them. She said they are soft, warm, and did not move around on the foot or bunch up around thr toe on the foot while walking. She will hand wash them to avoid wear. She's already ordered a 2nd!

Decent, but I have other socks from this manufacturer that stay in place and feel better.Pros: Lightweight sock with relatively good warmth for the thinness; soft to the hand (but see below...)Cons: (This one is hard to explain) The fine knit with these particular thin yarns is just loose enough that it feels like a tiny fishnet on the bottom of one's soles; these socks do not stay in place, and rather work their way down and bunch up in one's shoe when one is walking; these socks also do not stay up on the calf;

I'm very particular about my socks matching my outfit, looking nice and being comfortable. I'm a women and I love these socks. I like my socks warm, because I live at 5500 ft, near the Sierra mountain range. These sock are very comfortable around the leg. During the winter months, I like my socks almost to the knee because its warmer, but most socks are too tight for my average size legs. These socks are super comfortable around the leg, but they still stay up. I own about a 100 pair of socks and these are my favorite trouser socks for women. They're thin enough to wear with regular low heel women's dress shoes, but too thick for pumps. They're the warmest thin sock I own. Once they arrived and I wore them, I immediately ordered 3 more pair. They're more pricey than other trouser socks, so I was hesitant, but now I think they're worth every penny because they're comfortable, warm and thin enough for wearing nice pants to work.

These are my favorite socks! Soft and warm. They don’t pinch at the top like most socks. I will be buying more.

I get cold feet. These are great in shoes and are quite high up the calf. A lot of the thicker socks can't be worn with shoes. They do get a build-up of balls like a good jumper.

Love those socks; nice and warm, comfy, no lumpiness. Don't stay right up on the calf but that doesn't matter to me anyway. (ie, they are not knee socks) They wash well in cold water by hand. Didn't try machine washing. A little expensive maybe but if they last long that's OK.

Colour is the most beautiful purple. Well made product.
