This is great product but the only thing is, I wish it was battery operated instead of rechargeable.

Acting weird after little use
I only used this tester maybe a dozen times then the last time during charging the good ole electronic burning smell filled the air then it started acting up. It took awhile to get turned on again but now it won't turn off and stay off. It turns itself back on automatically after 5 seconds so now I can never turn it off and the battery gets used up while not in use. I should have known the price was too good to be true. Save up and get yourself a Fluke device.
