Nintendo DS Lite Coral Pink (Renewed)

I got the product I ordered, It is in great condition and it works perfectly.

This product was dirty n has alot of scratches on it. The pen was super old looking. I'm so numbed because you can totally tell it's old n dirty. I wish they would have mentioned this on the description . I feel the price was way to height considering the poor condition it is in. Ugh we were going to gift it to our daughter for as but now we can't because in such poor conditions. The delivery was fast tho.

I got this for my grand daughter and it didn't work the on and off button don't stay on so u couldn't play with it so ask for a new one but haven't heard back from them yet...….I sent this back but don't see no refund on it or sent a new one why haven't I heard from you on this order

Buyer beware!!! This product is disgusting it was covered in grime and sticky residue when i opened it. The ds slot did not work at first i had to clean it out my self to get it working. All in all this product is not (renewed) as it says it was. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! You can find the same thing on ebay for 20 bucks. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!!

I didn't know that this product was used. I even tried to cancel the order the same night and it did not allow me to. I clicked on the contact provider in an email!! I do not recommend this product through this app. Next time I will buy in store so there is no confusion!!!!

Works well. Came fully charged and clean. Both gba and ds game slots work.

We bought this because it said Amazon Renewed. If it was not as advertised, we would receive our money back plus return postage. Also, Amazon promised that the item had been thoroughly tested and would function like new. Given that, we decided to go ahead and purchase the item.When it arrived, it was just the item, generic case, no instructions, and a power supply.As soon as we plugged a program in (Brain Games), we saw that it did not work correctly and so went through the return process. The return label was not prepaid, so we had to pay return postage. Also, when we got our refund from the company, it was MINUS the cost of them sending the item to us.I have complained to Amazon and all they would do was contact the merchant. Still have not heard anything back. So, We will NEVER buy an Amazon renewed item again and certainly NEVER buy from deal tavern

I am only giving this item 1 star for the simple reason of the bottom screen being inoperable. This Nintendo DS Lite came promptly, was very clean, and works completely fine, save for the bottom screen. Volume seems to be good, too.UPDATE:After contacting the seller, they offered to send me a completely new DS Lite, a 10$ refund, and a free game after returning my inoperable DS Lite. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, and I’m excited to start playing my new DS Lite!UPDATE #2:Just received my replacement DS Lite, and the TOP screen is inoperable now. Just totally fizzes out when a game starts. If only their products were as good as their customer service. I’m returning it for a full refund. Don’t bother buying one of these.

I bought this for my boy for this birthday he has opened it and it does not even let him play gameboy or ds games on it . He is autistic so as you can imagine its not gone down to well with him ... he is so upset . So I would be grateful if u or anyone would give me advice on what I can do to fix it
