Aeromat Deluxe Folding Mat Size: 1.5" H x 72" W x 36" D

We use these at our small fitness studio. They are easy to clean, easy to fold up, and have just the right amount of cushioning. They aren't super soft and squishy, but they are soft enough for most people to comfortable kneel on for stretching and other exercises. These are our new go-to.

Are use the Mat to do exercises in the morning and it’s very good because it cushions your knees and joints when you do it.

Sturdy mat, not too much give which I find to be supportive of my lower back while doing "old fashion" sit ups & crunches. I'm 59 yoa, 5'9", 205 lbs., also I have 4, screws in my back, mat is holding up well so, far. Like most seats, cushions, etc., this will give in time. Takes up little space in my apt., however, is spacious enough to exercise on w/o rolling off the sides. No odor, appears of good quality, arrived rather fast, box kind of torn up, though.

This is the best of all the available mats - in our opinion. My wife and I are both in our 60's but regularly do floor exercises and yoga. This is essential for the floor exercises and is the lightest yet firmest of any we have tried. Several times, we tried to save money by buying alternatives, but in the end, all three of the mats we kept for our three residences are AeroMat's. Save a lot of time and return effort - just buy this one.

Works great. Much better than the ones at the Sporting goods store. Folds up easy and very comfortable. I would definitely buy again.
