Much better than paying upwards of a hundred dollars to have the battery replaced at a store. And the secret they don't want you knowing is this is the exact battery they would install anyway!

Battery not what it says says its 3800 but is only 2800
Well the battery worked so that's a positive. However I have a battery tracking app and from what I can see so far the battery is not really 3800mA. It shows as only 2800mA so either the app is lying or you guys are lying. The battery is definitely not 3800 mA do not buy this battery at all. This battery is the same as my original battery which was literally 2 and a half years old and has been dropped from 35 feet and still kept a decent charge as good as this crappy replacement. So stay as far away from this battery as possible I'm stuck with it now and will possibly order a replacement with a different company.

Direct replacement that works!
Item was as described, arrived on time, and works as it is suppose to.

New battery does not last longer than 12 hours
Battery life is poor. After about 3 months, its performance degraded quckly.

Poor at holding charge
Bought this to replace depleted battery with ~3 years of use. This replacement must have been used or poor quality or defective. It was only slightly better (maybe the same) as my old battery. Very poor result since it takes time/effort to swap.
