Missing Parts
I was sent a beautiful frame that had no backing! This is an essential piece of every frame, how else will the art stay in place. Really inconvenient to have to deal with this return.

A little expensive, but size was hard to find
I needed a hard-to-find size. The frame is lovely. A little expensive but not as much as a custom made would have been.
