The reel appears to be sturdy and well built. It comes with everything needed to fit it to a suitable anchor point. The hose is easily pulled from the reel and the spring loaded auto return facility works really well. The variable spray gun is very effective and easy to use. Definitely worth the money, which is less than many competitors.

Great value hose, easy to fit and works perfectly, the hose does retract quickly so always best to just let it retract slowly, had no problems at all and is very robust and comes with all the fittings and accessories that you need, the 25m hose does both my back and front gardens with ease and I do no have small gardens, great value for money and good quality hose that does not tangle or kink, highly recommended.

Great value for money. Came all in one piece and works fine. Only giving it a 4 star, only because the hose does knot easily every so often, but apart from that it's fine.

Easy to mount on wall as long as you can get a good fixing. Appears decent quality for the price, it’s my first retractable hose and does what it says on the tin.Can’t give you a report on longevity of the product I’ll let you know in a years time

I only installed this yesterday so i cant comment on the longevity of it, however so far its 5 star.Looks great. Took 10mins to install. The instructions are super easy to follow. The anti tangle device is fantastic. Just overall seems like real quality. Its pretty heavy so itll be interesting to see how long the wall can hold it for, but the fixings seem solid.At the very bottom of the casing it has separated slightly at the joint, but this has no affect on its use, so as long as it doesn't get worse, it'll be no problem at all.One thing i must note in the auto reel does go and some pace, so probably advisable to walk it back

Ok so the hose feels well made and the retraction function is great (although a little too fast!)But the wall fixing… o how useless!! I wanted to push it to the side when not in use so it’s not taking up so much space- it doesn’t stay in place. So it’s constantly sticking out which is very annoying!!! Wherever you push it it swings back to central and looks like it’s hanging.

The different water spout types are great for filling our pool or in less than half a second change it to a spray to hose down the kids!!!
