Great quality and price
Worked great, easy install, fair priced, looked nice on my dash, easy to read day or night, the gauges were pretty accurate from what I could tell.

Works great - more data than you will ever need!
Super cool device for my 2015 Duramax. I wish I had this before my DPF got clogged up - I might have had a chance to avoid a tow to the repair shop. The range of values you can display and alert on are pretty amazing. Being able to trigger a regen when I know I am heading on a longer drive is awesome. I am not a huge fan of the windshield mount and the offerings for mounts from Edge are obscenely priced, but thankfully I have a 3D printer!

Great Quality OBDII Monitor
I upgraded to the Insight from a CTS2 Evolution Diesel Programmer. I did so because I found I programmed like 4 times and then for the next 7 years, everyday, I just used the CTS2 for monitoring key diesel data (like EGT, Boost, and Urea Level) and occasionally read / cleared trouble codes. The CTS 3 Insight is newer, slimmer, and does all those things I used the CTS2 reliably for years. I don;t really mind not programming anymore. Bonus, I didn't even have to rewire the truck, as the cables were the same, and I just plugged the new CTS3 Insight right in to the old ones. Even the window suction clip is the same. So now I have a spare.I think these are expensive, but I use it everyday, and it does the job easily. So I'm ok with the cost. Tech support is great. The one time I had an issue with my older CTS2, I sent it back and they replaced whatever was broken on my unit, and returned it for free. Very quickly. Its a good company. One issue I do have with the new one is a bit of a nit, but its not as easy to configure the screens / PIDs on it. On my still working CTS2, you just press on a gauge and a list of PIDs is presented to replace the one you pressed. Done. On the CTS 3, there is some menu and screen configuring required. Not too hard, just more busy, and certainly requiring you to stop the vehicle to do it.

Suction cup mount fails at its basic job now the monitor has completely failed
Update, 8 months after purchasing, the monitor had stopped working, and support runs me around in circles, you need to talk to this person, no you need to talk to the other person. I give up all the money down the drain. It’s unfortunate that Holly owns this company.I’ve had this edge cts3 plus $1500 worth of addons on my Fummins for months now and the suction cup mount is so poor that no matter how well you clean both surfaces and try to stick it on it will fall off, the cam lock is so poorly made it is not pulling far enough on the suction mount for it to actually have suction and it’s such an easy fix but it irritates me so much because for the first time it fell and scratched my screen and must’ve messed up something inside because it saved some of my gauge settings and forgot others. Extremely disappointed to spend all of this money and end up with a poor product, I have multiple edge products and it seems as if reliability goes down with the newer the products are. It would’ve been cheaper to buy a complete digital dash.

Nice, But Initial Updates Were a Pain
This product would not update in the truck via WiFi, even though it connected to WiFi - wasted too much time. It did update directly from the website when I connected it via cable to my desktop. Only then did it work properly in the truck and shut off when I turned the vehicle off. It's a nice product once you get it updated and working properly.

Great bang for the buck
Great value for the money. The number of gauges you get that the factory could have but didn't is astounding.

Must have for diesel owners
If you drive a diesel and do t want to wire in gauges, this is a great option. Has at least 20 built in monitors(depending on your truck) and can be upgraded with add on monitors for a truly custom set up. Make sure to hook it up to a computer and update the software before you install it for best results.Engine diagnostic function is great and pulls codes the cheaply scanners can’t.Works on gas vehicles too.
