Activity Book for Teens: Puzzle Book and Brain Teasers for Teenagers

I would not recommend purchasing as I have found spelling errors and puzzles unable to be solved do to errors. See pic above as asleep is spelled incorrectly manufacturer added an extra letter. Thank you.

I was looking for an activity book for my 11 year old daughter to do in the car during a long trip. My first impression was that this is not a book for teens- the mazes, for instance, are incredibly simple. But then as I flipped through I was dumbfounded by the content. Questions like “does your family tree intersect” and “has anyone in your family gotten a restraining order against another family member” are featured on a page quizzing the reader on how dysfunctional is their family, and then in the results makes fun of families with difficulties. Another quiz is “are you cheap?” And asks if they shop at the Dollar Store, do other people call you poor, do you buy used clothing and then makes awful comments based on the results. Why on earth is this garbage in an activity book? So disappointing and disgusting.

My teen loves this book. Her friends want me to order them one. Definitely a great activity book for anyone.

great mix of activities!

Can’t believe this was £7.99. For that price I expected something thicker and some colourful images perhaps, instead pages are black and white. Ok as they’re getting written over anyway but it just looks dull.Was baffled by some references and questions related to driving as teens don’t really drive. Then the word faucet appeared instead of tap and various American spellings and terms (like ‘restraining order’). Mind you thanks to YouTube our teens are familiar with Americanisms, which is good because it’s basically an American puzzle book.Thickness of book - a mere 0.7cmOkay book - but overpriced. Not what I was expecting so won’t buy again.

Littered with errors both factual and spelling. A weird mix of too easy and too hard..... the mazes are simple enough for a 5 year old and the sudokus are probably a little tricky for a novice. Imported from America so irrelevant or meaningless to uk kids in part. Expensive. Avoid.....
