Working well now
Bit of a rough start to the year with this and getting data up to the website regularly but all is working well now and it proves to be very useful and still early days for the company so expect some improvements. If you need to monitor weight for water gain for a heart condition, this works very well.User Tip:Although there are only three 'user buttons' on the front of the device, you can add up to eight users. Just keep pressing the Guest button and you cycle through additional users.

Warning: App removed from Google Play
I own the blipcare wi-fi scale & also the blipcare blood pressure monitor sold on amazon They perform very well, and the connection to my android device has been reliable up to now. However, on opening the app today I got a notification of an update being necessary. When I tried to update, I discovered that the app has been removed from Google Play. So, if you're an android user and monitoring the scale/ BP results on your android device is important to you, look elsewhere, at least for now. So: product gets 5 stars, app gets zero.

Good, just wish it offered more options and upload sites
Easy to setup and allows for multiple users and guess. Just wish it did more than just weight and balance. Also wish that I could have it upload to somewhere else like my Garmin site. I'm sure other users would like to upload to other sites like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, etc....

Worked Perfectly for first 4 months
My husband and I both use the scale. We received it at the end of February 2015. It worked absolutely perfectly for four months and then suddenly stopped registering correctly. One day we used it and it showed large weight differences for both of us from the previous day. We both tried weighing several times after that and the weights continued to widely fluctuate up and down. We tried several days and the problem continued.Yesterday I called BLIPCARE support and explained the issues we are having I was told this problem had not been reported before and advised I could return the scale to have it checked. I am sending the scale back today. I will follow up with the results.

Destroyer of Batteries
This is a great idea, and would be a great product if it worked longer than a few days at a time. just poor execution. When it works, it's wonderful. It updates current weight in the cloud, and that data syncs with things like Microsoft Health automatically.The problem is that it sucks the life out of batteries. I've had it for 3-4 weeks and changed the batteries 3 times already (it takes 4 AA's).Worse still, every time the batteries die and need to be replaced you have to reprogram it to connect to the internet. And doing that is not very straight forward or intuitive; it requires you to disconnect a computer from the internet and temporarily connect to this device's access point (which may or may not be broadcasting - it's very finicky). Lots of trying over and over again until it sticks. Very frustrating.The startup effort wouldn't be too bad if it truly was just startup effort, but having to replace the batteries every few weeks and reprogram the device to connect is way more effort than just typing your weight into a tracking Web site once and a while. Save your money.

Nice high tech—terrible low tech
I am into tech—the idea of a bathroom scale using my home Wi-Fi network really appeals to me. The problem with this scale is they ignored to the low tech side...the scales give you a different measurement every time you get on them. I have not used the scales since the day I bought them.

Great scale that does what it says it does.
I love this scale. I just started a diet and it so nice to have it automatically log my weight in the morning. I have done limited testing on the repeatability of the scale but out of the five times I weighed myself it was always within 1lb.This scale also syncs almost instantly.I don't think you can beat the price.

I would recomend this scale
purchased the scale to monitor my daily weight via WI-Fi...has met my expectations and worked as advertized...Had one problem with the set up...e-mailed the help support and received a e-mail within hours with a phone number to call and a real person answered the phone...the support was excellent and extremely helpful...had one other question after that and received prompt service and help...I would say this was the best support help I received with any online site to date.
