Product came with so much stuff! There's room to add more things that I prefer to include. The kit has a mesh area and a few pockets to use and put things, or re-arrange items into a way that I would feel much more comfortable with. The royal medical first aid kit has the good quality feel. The kit feels very durable and strong enough to withstand any rough handling. First aid kits are so expensive, but at this sale price, I absolutely couldn't resist! Purchased it and have been happy with it. I'm actually going to buy one for my girlfriends car since she doesn't have one. Even her house doesn't have one, so you know what? I'm planning on buying 2 for her, haha! Emergencies are always unplanned, so it's always safer to have a kit to deal with anything until real help arrives. Always be safe and never take away chances is what my mom always told me when I was younger, and now that saying has stuck with me. I will tell all my friends to keep a kit in the house and car, or anywhere they spend an extended period of time, or even on trips like camping or at a cabin. So all in all, this kit was a great product and experience without the hefty price or low quality bags of others.

GOOD FOR YOUR CAR OR BUG-OUT-BAG
I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS ITEM FOR FREE OR AT A DISCOUNT FOR AN "HONEST REVIEW" I PAID FOR IT FULL PRICE.I was looking for a first aid kit that was a little more packed than the regular Johnson & Johnson first aid kits they have available at other stores and pharmacies to keep in my emergency bug-out-bag for my car. This was nice, it has A LOT of alcohol, sting, etc wipes to help with disinfecting wounds or bites. The products aren't exactly high quality but they should definitely do the job. The zipper i'm a little worried about breaking off at times but I won't be unzipping and zipping it up that much.I like how they include an emergency blanket and a poncho; that was a nice touch.

One great First Aid Kit
This.just got delivered yesterday. I was busy yesterday so didn't get a chance to take a look at the Royal Medical Direct First Aid Kit.When I ordered it I was in a rush( like always).So I did not even know what First Aid Kit I had purchased. When I finally got a chance to look threw the 180 pieces that were in the kit I was so happy about the lucky choice I had made.Because it has everything you could want in a first aid kit. I mean everything.Well no defibrillator but come on. It is a great kit. Thank You

Well-equipped 1st Aid kit for most minor problems. Excellent price.
As a former EMT, I know first aid kits. For the price this is a very good product package. It contains most minor first aid supplies plus shears and forceps. The airway barrier and "tourniquet" (a flat elastic band good for maybe starting an IV or a blood draw) are less than satisfactory. I added two things: Israeli trauma bandages and some packets of CELOX coag agent since this is intended to be a kit for my gun range bag.

Could use better description of included stuff
This is packed tight with first aid gear.The only thing I wish was that the description in text told details of what was in the kit.There was only a small, unclear image of what it has inside, and while it has a lot, I still needed to get a few things.

Would recommend to others.
Can't give the full 5 stars cause I haven't had to use it much -- but that's a good thing! Sometimes I drive for work, and I always keep this, and a spare flashlight, with me. It's the most comprehensive first aid kit compared to others I was looking at, with the right supplies, for a good price. I'd recommend it to others.

Good first aid starter kit
Great basic first aid starter. The bag is a bit on the small side and the zipper isn't the best but materials inside are satisfactory and in good variety . I would recommend .
