The Original Crystal Wand - Clear

My PT suggested I buy the crystal wand to help w/chronic pelvic pain. It's easy to use and quite helpful.

I purchase this product to be used by my wife in physical therapy... The product had to large a diameter for her to use... We purchased the Deluxe Pelvic Floor Massage Tool which appears to work fine...

NOT as pictured. The photo appears to be of a Therawand. This is an imitation and does not look like the photo. This has bubbles in the acrylic, and comes in a cheap satin carrying case with a fold-over top, NOT the velvet case that is pictured and that the Therawand comes in.The brand name of this is indeed The Crystal Wand, but the photo is clearly of a Therawand, not of the product they have for sale. I'm annoyed, because I purchased this because of the misleading photo.Do not buy this if you expect to get the wand in the photo.It will probably work fine--it's similar enough to the original, but what a bait-and switch! EDITED to add: I brought this in to my physical therapy appointment and my PT assured me this is a brand-name wand and works the same as a Therawand. We used it during my PT appointment and I was very happy with it, but I still think the seller needs to correct the photo and take a picture of the actual brand of wand and case that is being sold.

I was diagnosed with Insterstitial Cystitis back in 2007, so about when I was 20, and I have seen doctors, upon urologist, upon physical therapists, naturalists, who we have tried medicine (oh the loads of medicine i have tried!!), instillations, pelvic floor dysfunction therapy, acupunction, interstim, drug delivery system (pain pump) and the list goes on. But I've tried a new PT who had recommended this tool and she actually does PT a little differently. My previous therapist would massage the tissue more where this one will put pressure on the point and I do so with this tool and suddenly (Sometimes it may take 4 or 5 minutes, I'll feel the muscle release and OH THE PAIN JUST RELEASE!!! It is beyond any pain medicine, massage therapy, ANYTHING I have felt before, just to have ALL that severe pain to release in that instant. I had never rejoined PT because I felt, yeah yeah, take my money... it's all a gimmick, but this really does help!!! Thank God for this tool!

I was prescribed this by a physical therapist, for a tight pelvic floor. This is easier to use than a regular dialator and it gets in some hard to reach places. Plus because of its curve, it is easier to hold on to.

this was bought to help me with my pain and so far it has not. i am not happy with it

This product is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been unable to have sex for the past 8 years due to painful intercourse, but after only one week of physical therapy exercises (performed everyday) with the Thera Wand, we have made huge improvements! I have tried everything: sex therapy (psychotherapy), pelvic floor physical therapy, daily valium suppositories, trigger point injections, and chiropractor services, but nothing has worked. I am absolutely blown away and mad that I did not find this sooner! I found that this product helped me to think of pelvic floor dysfunction differently. Dilators "helped" (but not really) to stretch pelvic floor muscles, but essentially, hypertonicity requires much more. This product helps to massage muscles and relieve "knots," also known as trigger points. I would recommend this product to anybody and everybody!

I purchased this item because my pelvic floor specialist said it would help with some pelvic floor issues. It came in a bubble wrap lined envelope, while in a cheaply made purple nylon pouch that sheds. Instruction manual mentioned that it was for g-spot/prostate stimulation. It seems to be made well, with the exception of some bubbles. Nice design with the right angles.
