High Quality Timepiece
This is my first Hamilton watch. I’d read a lot about them and decided to try one. I like the reliability of mechanical watches and this one will run about 5 days on a full windup. Very high quality, good looking watch.

Excellent swiss quality retro watch at a reasonable price
I love the Khaki Field Mechanical for what it is, which is a really nice retro field watch. I haven't had the occasion yet to get it wet, but I don't plan to do so intentionally anyway. The accuracy is very good for a mechanical watch. You might have to re-set the time every couple weeks if you are a stickler for accuracy. The hand winding is great, because most people will probably not wear it all the time, so when you do, you can wind it up and set the time quickly.I like the brown dial, which looks like a slightly faded black one. I don't care for the strap, but I didn't take off on the rating, because many will like it. It is excellent quality, but I don't care for the double thickness, and the keeper loops on both sides of the strap, which is purely a matter of personal taste. I also don't like the extreme two-tone appearance of the desert tan strap, with the dark brown, almost black contrasting keeper loops and buckle hole reinforcement leather. Maybe on a darker strap this wouldn't be as noticeable. I ordered a nice retro leather two piece strap for it that I haven't received yet. I really like the 38mm size, which looks and feels good on my 7-1/2" wrist. I don't care for today's oversize heavy watches, so this is a comfortable watch that you can forget is on your wrist.

Larger diameter than I thought it would be, wears big
The watch wears like a big watch, bigger than I wanted. Wish they would make one that's 100m or more (but still thin and small) so I don't have to have a duplicate dive watch (yes, I still time my dives manually as a backup...)

Classic Mechanical Watch
This Hamilton is a classic looking time piece. The mechanical movement is very accurate for me, +-2 sec a day when keeping it wound up. The only 'negative' thing I can say is that the watch is a lighter shade than it's picture. That being said, it's a beautiful light coffee brown- very happy with the watch!

As expected
A basic mechanical watch. The band isn't so great, but sufficient.

Great watch!
This is a great watch. The only gripe I have is I wish it had a little more water resistance. No big deal though, it keeps great time and I checked the power reserve and I pretty much got what was promised. I didn’t like the strap color on this particular model but the price was right so I changed the strap out, but that is just me. The strap it came with was still decent quality. If you have seen the online reviews and are on the fence, just get one! You’ll probably like it.

Amazing simple
I never write reviews but I felt I really needed to with this one. This watch is an example of simplistic elegance. I was a little apprehensive about buying a $400+ watch that merely told just the time but I liked the retro look of it as it reminded me of an authentic watch from WWII. Hamilton has historically carried a great reputation and I have to say…. they definitely live up to it. This watch is amazing accurate for a wind up mechanical ( <2 second average loss per day when kept fully wound) and the size is perfect for its design. I originally planned on replacing the strap with an aftermarket canvas but it is so comfortable that I decided to keep it. The only thing I could technically ding it on would be that it’s luminosity could be better, but that really is about it. It is a quality time piece that I hope to have for years to come. With the quality of this watch, I have no doubt it will last a lifetime.
