Holy Hades yall!! This book is absolutely phenomenal! I am obsessed with Midnight Mayhem and all the crazy and insanely fantastic characters that are what make it the magical Mayhem it is. This will be one of the BEST books you read this year and it was EVERYTHING!!Now if you thought In Peace Lies Havoc was good you better prepare yourself to be gobsmacked upside the head with this deliciously dark and devious book.Saskia and Killian’s story is gritty and exciting. It’s angsty and full of secrets, lies and suspense.“Do villains have hearts, baby?”Killian the “Trickster” without a heart. Is drop dead gorgeous, he’s a playboy, and he gets who and what he wants. And he wants Saskia, although she’s not so easily swayed. He’s most definitely a bad boy you simultaneously love and hate, until you can’t help but just love and obsess over him. He’s hot and unapologetically rude, yet alpha AF. I can’t help but to love all interactions between these two because they are just like kerosene and a match together, they are gonna ignite. Saskia was so perfectly matched for him, she gave as good as she got and their verbal spars and games backs and forth was the best forms of torture and like a sensual game all their own. GAAHH! It was so awesome my friends.Saskia is the drop dead gorgeous girl that’s surrounded by mystery and intrigue. She is very different from the other girls in Mayhem and tries her best to avoid getting caught in Killians sights. But no matter how many times she tried to resist him, their spark was too combustible, their lust too powerful, temptation much too great. Killian managed to embed himself deep under her skin.“Killian is filthy, but I’ve been bathing in him for so long, that when I do walk away, I’ll be doing so with remnants of his poison pumping through my veins.”Saskia’s history starts unfolding in a web of secrets and lies. It’s stunning and suspenseful and shocking. I couldn’t figure out what was happening and who knew what was happening or who didn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️ it was fantastic.I legit could put this book down. Amo Jones is a master storyteller and I’m in awe at her mesmerizing attention to details. With the combination of all the amazing characters, the traveling carnival locations, and constant engaging storyline, I swear I could feel, smell and hear the sights of the shows. I was transported into this chaotically magical world she created and I never wanted to leave. Amo has done it again! Time and time again I slip into Amo’s stories with ease, diving headfirst into the worlds she has created becoming utterly consumed and completely enraptured. Killian and Saskia are next level Perfection in this book!! And I could not get enough of these two and their soul deep connection. Amo has created a deliciously dark and mysterious world with Midnight Mayhem, one where whatever you think you know, you actually have no idea. Who doesn’t enjoy a little mayhem?"The man is genetically blessed. Blessed by S*tan."You first meet Killian in In Peace Lies Havoc I would recommend reading that book first as it introduces you to everyone and what Midnight Mayhem consists of.I thought I was in love with King but let me tell you Killian blew King out of the water. I was not prepared for the onslaught of Killian and his personality. This man is dark, devious, alpha possessive down to his core. I loved how unapologetic he was about who is his and what he does. He is depraved in a way that all those associated with Midnight Mayhem are. And he doesn’t care one bit about it. The ferocity with which he holds his loyalty is the sexist thing about him. Once he cares about a person there is nothing, he won’t do to protect you. He would kill, maim, destroy and raze the world to the ground for those he cares about."My skin is on fire, recklessness taking hold of my body. I feel animalistic, like havoc is what needs to be caused."Saskia is something else, this girl is strong and fierce but at the same time you can see the cracks in her armor. She has gone through some things that you can’t even imagine, and you can see that in her. She is strong but vulnerable at the same time and watching as she attempts to maintain that strength through every new revelation pulls at your heart. Their dark and twisted souls call to each other and soothe the other in the deepest possible way. I don’t think either of them were prepared for the type of connection that exists between them."Killian is the kind of wild you want to run away with, not cage. He’s an untamed animal, turbulent and vicious."This world that Amo has created to beyond anything I have ever read, and I am addicted to every word every moment that she creates. This story is not an easy one, it’s a decadently dark read that will push your boundaries and make you feel things you might not be prepared to. Her words have the power to rip apart your world while simultaneously making you enjoy every moment of that devastation while she slowly pieces your world back together. Amo is utterly addictive, everything she creates has the power to consume you seeping deep into your soul all the way down to your very marrow until her words become a part of you. And Killian and Saskia’s story is no different, you can’t really prepare for Killian he will come into your life and wreak havoc with his signature smirk in place, but I promise you will love every minute of it. This series is quickly becoming one of my All Time Favorites and I can’t wait to see where Amo takes us next in this addictive world of Mayhem… Are you ready?

I seriously have no words13/10 recommend4/5 spiceMC: Killian and SaskiaI loved Kill and Sass. She seemed so unassuming, innocent, untainted at first and then you realize that both she and Killian are both so dark and scarred. I love how Amo writes these characters with so much tension between then and just constant push and pull right up to the last second. But it never seems like it's too much.And again, another book and there's still SO much I feel like we have learnt about Kiznitch but we also have SO much more to learn - this world is dark, twisted and so damn addictive!

I love the work of Amo Jones, so I had to drop everything and immediately pull myself from her into her dangerous new world.This is the second part of the Midnight Mayhem series, I couldn't get the first part out of my mind, I was so involved and deeply excited that I had to grab the second one in English. Impressive and less than stunned, I was again intoxicated with the opening lines, gripped and eager to see what an impressive personality Sass is and what lies behind her shadows.Of course everything happens quickly, destroys everything that comes close to you, shocks, stands out with the darkness and gloomy personalities, actions, but always give a small part of hope that even the smallest glimmer of love could prevail in the dangerous world.But don't be fooled, this won't be the case here, you'll get a brilliant reading experience that won't let you go and you get so entangled that you doubt your own thoughts. I also warn head-on that this is for a reader with strong nerves and one cannot escape the world of the circus.Standing out Sass, who has always had a fallible for fire, her show is just as exceptional as her character. All sorts of memories relate to the worst entanglements and with Killian, her perspective on everything changes.This is part of the Kingston, a troupe in its own right, their performances legendary, shocking and exhilarating but also an elite with many dark secrets mastering their heritage.Those godlike male creatures that you can't resist, no matter how wrong it is supposed to be. King, Killian the Trickster, Kyrin and Keaton, the quieter of the bunch, all stand out for their dominance, engaging character and perfectly trained body, and loyalty to each other."Do villains have hearts, baby?"The book rocks anew through its shocking, surprising course, opening up emotional chaos, dark needs and a never-ending, ongoing series of brutality, destruction and emotion. The intense characters in particular are heart-pounding, destroying the slightest hope at the same time, but always attracting each other and creating an unbridled, brutal attraction. This is described very passionately by the author, so that living it out is not always for the light-hearted. Also outstanding is the past that lies in shadow, the fight against an opponent, impossible losses and a role that no one should take on. Blows of fate that break you and yet connect you all the more strongly. The grandiose style of writing is again flowing, gripping and intoxicating, relaxed, light, but also emotional and extremely pictorial, engaging, brutal and passionate in the smallest detail. She always manages to keep the arc of suspense at the highest level and yet surprising turning points flow in, with the inserted memories desperate but also shockingly letting you participate in the events, the change of perspective offers insights into the thoughts and emotions of Killian and Sass. “Killian: Playful, sneaky, crook. Liar. « 'Kingston: Strong, assertive, sullen, intense. Liar." “Keaton: Confident, skeptical, cautious. Liar. « “Kyrin: Insane, angry, angry, bitter. Liar " I devoured the book in one go, completely lost myself in the entire band, am immersed in the secrets and suffering, the highly explosive course of the plot and completely in the story. The dynamics of the events that come together and the characters are amazing, they repel each other and yet harmonize so perfectly with each other, reveal a fateful and deep connection and shock in an unexpected way. This is underpinned with cheeky sayings and actions, amusing as well as brutal moments. An impressive and very intense reading experience is offered, doesn't let go and pulls you into an intoxicating and addictive flow of reading, so that you have no chance to put it down.I can only mention it again and recommend it to anyone who wants a unique and not directly transparent, dark story. The further developments in particular are inscrutable and amazing in their emotional expansion. Striking the suffering that the young woman has to go through hits you and involves nerve-wracking development.So be on the lookout and stay completely longing for the next part, because even if this volume ends with a happy ending, you don't want to say goodbye to the Midnight Mayhem, you are left completely satisfied and intoxicated by the perfect reading pleasure.

What can I say about this book? Other then freaking-fantastic, Book #1 In Peace Lies Havoc; this start you on a high note, you could say there wasn’t a higher one; but, there she goes and proofs us, yet, again, wrong. Book #2 In Fury Lies Mischief; was so devilishly-bad, dark and twisted, and yes, the sexy time was so dirty it is a ‘must not’ read in public.This isn’t for the weak-minded, but, If you're a fan of Amo, you know she a mastermind of the dark world were I-never-want-to-leave she is the real 'trickster'. Full of betrayal, secret, and the moment you think you're able to grasp at what is happening, she 'annihilates' you and throws you in a complete head spin, in the world Midnight Mayhem.

There is no way you wouldn't devour an Amo Jones book. It's impossible not to. Once you pick up just one of her books and you'll be hooked for life - and I'm not kidding.Her style of writing is so distinctive and, at times, even destructive to your mentality but still, you can't let go. You will never have enough.In Fury Lies Mischief (IFLM) is her second book in the Midnight Mayhem series and it was one of the most eagerly anticipated books of my reading life. It was impossible not to completely lose myself in the story. I won't divulge much as I don't want to ruin the whole experience for others but I'll say this... If you don't read this book - or any of her books- you'd be a fool. She is simply put, spectacular, otherwordly and all-in-all, unbelievably addictive.I've read and re-read all of her books time and time again and still, I've never gotten enough to satisfy my thirst for her anti-heroes and heroines. Amo's books are an aphrodisiac for starved addicts who will never find their fix unless it's one of her books. I know this might sound crazy but trust me - you've not known what a spectacular book is until you've read one - any - of hers.So, without further fuss, just get the books a to devour them the way they should be. And don't forget to share the love. She certainly deserves it.Thank you, Amo Jones!
