I ordered 3 boxes of these at one time. The are great. Only 2 were broken but there were an extra 2 in each box.The reason for the 4/5 was they were very dusty but this was most likely just from transit. I just boiled them all before use to make sure.My shellies lived very happily in these for 5 months before I moved. Sadly I had a lot of deaths after the move.

The escargot shells arrived more quickly than I expected and were well packaged. Out of an order of 72 only 2 were broken beyond useability. Given that these are fragile to begin with I find that quite acceptable.

The openings are large enough to get the snail in without breaking it. That's why these shells are ideal for making a good escargot presentation. Plenty of room for that good garlic and parsley butter to sop up with your baguette.

I had a bit of a hard time locating these shells . Went to several Gourmet stores and had no luck. They are good size and was very happy to get them. I git exactly what I ordered.

I've been re-using my original dozen shells for about 35 years always keeping an eye out for new ones. These are the perfect size and perfectly clean. My family loves escargot and we enjoyed them in the new shells this Christmas.

Upon arrival I found them very nice but much too small. Called and sent e-mails for return instructions and no reply.

I was worried about the shells arriving in multiple pieces, but the arrived just fine. They were packed with all the necessary peanuts to keep them safe.

Just what I was looking for and such a great price. Will order from this company again. The shells were beautiful and just the right size.
