im a hobbyist watercolor artist, not a professional, but I have some experience under my belt. No bristle protection
The product arrived with no protection over the bristles. It was totally fanned out (it is supposed to be a round point) and I had to send it back. I am going to have to go with a different brand of brush, hopefully it will come without damage this time.
