This 1920's Inspired vintage design dress features a mint green color (in person looks more celery or sage green) with yellow green embroidery detail. Gorgeous Victorian party special occasions dress has a 3/4 length sheer sleeve. This Titanic, vintage inspired dress features layers of tulle over a rayon/cotton chemise. It pull over your head and features a graceful 3/4" sleeve. with vintage It is 51-53 inches. The dress is inspired by 1920's and 1930's eras of romantic dresses. The sleeves are 3/4 length with shear sleeves, tea length, square, low-cut neckline, with a flattering empire waist. Bottom layer is a rayon underlining, with layers of tulle at the bottom of skirt area. The top layer is a sheer tulle fabric that is covered with beautiful embroidery and embellishments - the tulle ends are loose and not totally hemmed down onto the garment. Made in India
