I love this lil guy!
I have an automatic espresso machine with a hands-free frother, but it could be better, so I wanted to try this as a way to get a better froth. It definitely delivers! I mostly use 2% milk, but I've tried whole and oat milk in this as well and it does great. Very rich and thick froth with both types of regular milk. The oat milk wasnt as thick, but it was nicely steamed and had a little froth to it. I also like to use this when I make hot chocolate. It's whisper quiet and super easy to clean (use a nonabrasive sponge).

Great Product, Even Better Support
This frother and steamer worked great from day one! It was everything I was looking for to make my daily morning routine smooth and easy. Which is why I was so upset when it stopped working within the first almost month and half of owning it. Not sure why or how, but the particular unit I had received stopped working after a power outage at home. All my other appliances were fine, but this guy couldn’t handle it.I still really believed in the product and haven’t found one like what AEVO provides, so I reached out to customer service with the issue and they offered me a full refund. However I told them that still really liked their product. So they sent me a brand new unit in less than a week. They were very kind, very attentive to my need, and went above and beyond to help remedy a situation that was out of anyone’s control. Thanks so much AEVO! You’ve gained a forever customer!

Step up your hot beverage game and don't hesitate to buy
I don't normally write reviews but this thing is fantastic. For most of my covid wfh situation, I was making my own version of latte foam. After a milk everywhere kind of incident, I searched all over Amazon for the right way to upgrade my tea and coffee game. What it came down to was predictable results and easy to clean. Setup of this one is a snap, and clean up after every use is a breeze. No need to worry about getting too close to electric parts that should not be submerged in water. I first tried the cappuccino foam. It's cappuccino foam like a real coffee house or a cute cafe in Florence or Paris. Dense, rich, truly fantastic. For the every day beverage, I use the latte foam. The trickiest thing is getting the right milk to hot beverage ratio so nothing goes to waste. Once you've figured that out, I swear you get a better latte than Starbucks.

Great frothing unit for daily coffee / latte (lowered rated see update)
This unit is very quiet and does and excellent job of frothing milk and making it warm or keeping it cold, your choice. Very easy to use and we use it almost every day. The only improvement I could say to make is the ability to disassemble the lid and frothing stem for better cleaning.Unit delivered Aug 30 and used almost daily and made great foam (we use 1/2 & 1/2). As of today Sept 27 and the past 2 days, the unit heats fine and the whisk spins but no froth. I had just recently written the review and gave it 4 stars but have now dropped it to one star since it hasn’t lasted a month. For design and quietness it is great but functionality and longevity I cannot recommend.Update 2 - new unit arrived Sep 28 and first used 29th. It made copious amounts of foam just like the other one when brand new. The previous one was still new and had to keep the 2 separate before sending the other one back. Will update in 30 days and see what happens.

Luv it!
The media could not be loaded. Great little frother. Super easy to clean and works fast. Sometimes it makes a bit of noise but for the most part I usually wonder if its on and have to check because its so quiet. Not sure why sometimes it makes noise and sometimes it doesn’t using the same settings. It froths really well with thicker liquids but I used 1%milk and even mixed the 1% with some creamer and it hardly frothed at all. Because of this I definately suggest thicker fluids for frothing. Taste is great and its nice to be saving money thats not being spent at the coffee shop. Its a little bigger than I thought but fits nicely on my mini fridge in my office and looks great (when its clean lol)

Update: Not worth it. Get a manual frothier
Feb 2022 Update: the magnetic mechanism in the base stopped doing whatever it was supposed to do. After a month, it almost seemed like the base wasn’t getting enough power and stopped turning the froth mechanism inside. Still heats milk but only after two or three tries. Just NOT worth it at all. I’m going back to my hand frothier and getting milk up on the stove.Easy to use, worth the price, even foams and froths almond and oat milk. The perfect touch to every single cup of coffee or matcha I make.

Not for latte art. Great for cappuccino
Background: the reason why I purchased this is to save time and effort. I like to make cappuccino and lattes. I usually use a pitcher with thermometer to heat my milk and a French press to stretch and froth my milk. It works well and I and able to do latte art if I did everything right (the right type of milk, right volume, correct technique...etc), it’s just more work. Now let’s get into why this didn’t work for me (I’m returning it):Pros:1. Heats milk in a few mins, about 4-5 mins, for some people that may seem like a long time, for my it’s fine, because I manually grind and prepare my ground for my espresso at that time.2. Requires way less work, simply pour the milk in and let it work while I work on other things (I used horizon organic whole milk btw)3. Hotter than the milk I usually heat (I usually heat my milk to 60-70 C and once I frothed it with French press it’s cooled down a little bit), so I can go wash dishes or whatever and come back and my coffee is still hot4. If you don’t care about latte art, and is in a rush in the morning, the cappuccino at 150ml for one single cup is quite nice. Good micro-foam. Watch out it’s hot.5. Super easy to clean and looks good on my counterCons:1. It does not stretch the milk enough, and I did use whole milk like it recommended. I could not do latte art AT ALL (tried all modes except hot chocolate mode), which I really enjoy doing.2. Too expensive, the price just didn’t justify. I would’ve kept it for an alternative way to heat my milk if it costs less.Guess it had more pros than cons but no latte art was a no for me.
