Great pump but needs work to prepare it for use
This is a very good pump, but you don't get everything in the picture. Specially, you don't get the U elbow shown at the bottom left, and I need that because I bought the pump to use as an emergency backup sump pump. Also, the 5 ft. electrical cord comes with bare-wire leads. To hook up the unit to a 12V battery or power source, you'll need to add some sort of connector -- I used alligator clips. That said, once it was ready to go,I placed the pump in a filled bath tub for testing. Wow. It worked really well and moved a lot of water really fast! It pumped faster, and, therefore, more water (rated for 1110 gph) than my 4.5 stars rated 110V utility pump bought from that famous tool store. This pump runs at 50 watts, but more importantly is is listed as 5.4 amps on the unit itself, which means it could maybe run continuously for 5 days using a marine deep-cycle battery. I hope I'll never have to push it that long. Overall, I give the pump 5 stars. but am detracting one star for having to spend time and a little money to prepare it for use.

What a great little pump
The media could not be loaded. What a great little pump. I paired it up with a 160 watt Grape Solar Panel it really rocks. It kicks in about 9:30 am in the morning, and goes off after 4. Nice little piece of eye candy for my wife's garden. This short video was when it was first setup, added flagstone, some lilly's and goldfish...It's perfect.
