The cup that comes with it is glass
Generally I was quite pleased with the product I have given it four stars because I don't think having a glass cup is a sensible idea it can be dangerous especially when you have young children and have epilepsy

Bought two of these toothbrush holders for our newly renovated bathroom and en-suite. Looks great and goes well with our chosen theme/colours. Very sturdy and great value for money paid.
