Bought this iron from B&M for £25 , works a treat , just have to remember if your using it wireless to make sure the base switch is on unlocked otherwise when you put it on the base it can’t recharge it, looks the business and the ceramic plates iron my shirts a treat

If it is still under warranty you can contact the retailer. Initially it is a 12 month warranty but if like me, you registered the iron on the Beldray website there is an extended warranty of a further 2 years.

hello katie n. You filled with water to the line, yes? Your dial is definitely set on the raised marker at the "steam" setting as you say? Did you depress the right hand "STEAM" button when you wanted steam? If you did these things and no steam comes, I suggest you may need to return it as faulty because I have checked my own BEL0987RG following these and I get steam! Hope this helps!
