I have waited to write this review at least a month after it's been built, so I can give my true review for this pool. Pool arrived neatly wrapped, we did in fact hire someone to build this pool. Which I highly recommend this. Normally, amazon isn't the place to buy a pool at this size , but I gotta tell you , we took a chance and glad we did. Absolutely no issues , high quality. I hope this helps you make a educated decision. We are very pleased.

Product instruction not so helpful even the the pool installers had to find out on there own on how to put together pruduct not so good on quality i don't recomend to buy these product not satisfied for the price I wanted to return it but they won't take it backVery disappointed. They won’t change the pool liner they said is 15 year warranty but they won’t exchange I don’t recommend for you to buy any pool online from amazon they won’t help you on damage products I recommend to visit a store instead that is at any issue you can walk into the store for supportOur any help that you need.

Shortly after installation noticed the rim bends very easily. The liner has small tears within a month, above the water line (small blessing they are not below) The ladder instructions were useless and very vague and no help in assembling it, Took a person who "constructs" items for a living almost a full day. The pool was easier to assemble than the ladder was.

I was very nervous about buying a pool on line. The delivery was prompt and Amazon called to confirm a delivery date and time. All of the parts were there. My husband put it up by himself and the key is to take your time, make sure the ground is level and don't cut out the skimmer hole until the pool is at least half way full to insure everything lines up correctly. We filled it in a week by putting a pump in our well on a timer. The sand filter did a great job clearing the water and the pump is very quiet. The kids love it and it is huge in person! I definitely got a deal on this pool and would highly recommend it!

We got the 15x30x52 oval pool.The pool is GREAT! The metal wall is solid and heavy and all of the parts seem to be quality made (except the liner). The liner feels a little thinner than I would expect and we had one small rip during installation that we quickly patched with the patch kits you can buy anywhere.My only real reason for the down vote is the instructions. They are 5 pages long for a 6+ hour install process - they tell you what to do but it could definitely be a bit more detailed. Simple things like labeling the parts would have made the task a little less daunting. The ground work of preparing and leveling the site is the most time consuming but necessary. I would recommend downloading the instructions online and following those instructions to prepare the ground before you even order.MAKE SURE YOUR FOLLOW THE MEASUREMENTS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. We were off by fractions and had to readjust half way through the install. It was not fun.The wall installation needs to have quite a few people present. It's heavy and awkward. And if you don't have multiple people at various points, it continues to pop out of the track as you're working with it. Extremely frustrating. So invite some friends or family over to help!So far, the included filter/pump/skimmer are performing well and the water circulation is great through the one return jet.Including some finished pictures because I could not, for the life of me, find any images of this pool completed online. (Other than the photoshopped images included in this listing)

Do not buy this pool! It was a huge headache! It took 5 adults 2-1/2 days of 7 hour days. I wish they had -5 stars. The predrilled holes did not line up and each one had to be drilled out larger to push through the bolts. This pool has 6 supports, 3 on each side. The support legs have to be buried in the ground and sitting on top of a cement stepping stone, which means each hole needs to be around a 5-1/2" depth. One hole took almost an hour with a pickax and shovel, so renting a $200 machine to dig to that depth was a necessity in 107 degree temperatures due to our soil being rocky, packed and hard. Once we finally had those buried and everything was square and level we then went to the next step of connecting the straps that are supposed to lay underneath the pool and connect the sides to each other. Big surprise. The straps come in three pieces for each support, that have to once again be bolted together before being attached to the supports. Once they were bolted together they were too short to reach from one brace to the other across the pool. Their length was 18' before being bolted together. All that digging and leveling had to be done again to "make" these braces work. I contacted the company about the many problems with this pool and requested to return the pool. They wanted pictures of everything that was wrong with it before it would be turned over to another person the following Monday for review and then it would be decided whether or not we could return ship at our cost. My husband and I had three other family members here helping us for this particular weekend and we would not have help after this weekend. Hiring a professional was going to cost $2000. So we pressed on and finally got it up and filled. Every single hose and the skimmer basket housing leaked. Every single one. Thank you Flex Tape for your wonderful product because even after the "professional" came and "fixed" the hoses.... they and the skimmer still leaked, so I put flex tape on every single hose and all around the skimmer housing. So far no leaks. Now on to the next issue. We put down 25 year weed barrier and then 4-5 inches of sand, then the liner. Two weeks after the pool was filled with water, grass seeds were apparently in the sand and sprouted right through that thin cheap liner. At this point we have been pulling the sprouts and patching. Not sure what will happen when the water gets to cold to get in and we still have grass growing in our pool. Attached are a couple of pictures that we took along the way. The last one shows SOME of the sprouts that pushed through the liner. We have lost count how many we have pulled and patched. We have put up several pools over the years but this was the biggest mistake ever.

Less than a year old with only 4 months of use and proper care, the liner broke and destroyed our whole backyard 💔I really hope they stand behind their warranty
