Sirdar Jewelspun Aran, Northern Lights (839), 200g

I love this yarn. It's easy to work with, if a little thin and stringy in places. Gorgeous colours, very earthy, like moss and shadowy forests haha. Not overly soft and a tiny bit itchy against skin, but I love it.

Beautiful yarn with a wool like feel and colouring. Great to work with but the tangled mess inside the ball has spoiled my enjoyment of it. Appreciate it is probably a one off mess.

I have made a few projects with this wool now.The colours and blending are beautiful. I have used several of the colour schemes and they work well together. It does have the feeling of hand spun yarn and there are variations in the width of the thread but I feel that this just adds to the character of the project. I have read reviews which say that the yarn tangles and yes this can happen but if you are aware of that, it's easily something which you can adapt to as you work.I would recommend this and will definitely be buying it again.Project shown is a waterfall hexigan cardigan.

The yarn is of very good quality and has a nice color.

I'm a bit of a yarn snob, and typically only use wool, alpaca, etc., but I tried this acrylic yarn because it looked so pretty, and I was making only my second sweater, which uses a lot of yarn, so did not want to break the bank on a sweater that might no come out OK. Well, this yarn is soft and beautiful and looks like wool. The sweater has become my favorite sweater. I would buy it again and make another sweater in another shade.
