These are really good for home workouts and can be used without exercising gloves, are super easy to assemble and the color is very vibrant. I love them and have no regret purchasing them.

Love this barbell/dum bell combo. It is exactly what I needed for my home workout. As a barbell it is a little too narrow to do a clean and press with correct form, but it works for every other move you may want to do. I wish I’d been able to get a heavier option but they weren’t available (I got the 44lb set). It also takes a bit of time to adjust weights, so if you’re trying to shift between workouts quickly, that is something to keep in mind. But overall, really great and worth the money.

This set is nice, easy to use and install however the bar and spinlock that secure the weights are made of plastic. Because the spinlocks are made of plastic, it gets unloosen really quick when working out. I tightened the locks to maximum torque possible and still manages to get loose so be cautious when lifting. I also don't like the idea of the whole bar and grip being made of plastic cause too many weights added on can cause the plastic to bend. This is experience from past products that use plastic.

One of the best purchases I’ve made! Due to quarantine I haven’t been in a gym in a year, and this was my first attempt at reintroducing my body to weights - super easy to use, takes up no space in my 1br apartment, and price is perfect for the convenience of the adjustable weight. Only potential con is that when I want to add more weight, I’ll have to be particular about the plates I buy in case this brand doesn’t have any, but I’m glad I have the barbell to use for everythibg!

We have been using this set for a couple of months and are very happy with it. I use it in both barbell and dumbell formats for a variety of strength moves. My son also uses some of the plates to add weight to his curl bar. The rubber coating is very helpful because we are using the weights on hardwood floors and don’t want to scuff or damage them.

Not what I expected when I purchased this set of weights. Within 3 of the weights began to disintegrate and small piece of stone came falling out of them. This is because the manufacturer uses some kind of stone along with steel in its construction. This normally would not be a problem if they were fully encased in high quality plastic. However these weights only covered by plastic on the outer rim. The plastic used is stiff and has no flexibility like rubber. So after a short period of time pieces of dirt and stone begin to fall out of it as you are using them because the plastic begins to shift and openings appear for debris to fall out.Even worse is that if you use these weights and sweat on them you will find that when you come back to use them the following day an outline of rust will appear on your floor. How can this be? Again, this is because the weights are only partially covered in plastic. So your sweat seeps into the rusting metal portion of the weights and seeps out the bottom onto the floor when not in use. The residue that is left is rust stains.I don't give bad reviews for any product lightly. However when you consider the serious consequences of something that could have been easily solved by using better plastic (a relatively inexpensive solution) you begin to understand how inferior these weights are. If you use them regularly you will literally end up with stains on your carpet or hard wood floors which is a serious and expensive problem to solve.The absolute worse part of this was researching online and seeing others have run into the same problem. These weights are not something that should be allowed to be sold as they are that inferior in quality.

Good value but I’m finding that the nuts on the ends of the rods loosen with every rep. I have to tighten them after each set because I’m afraid one is going to loosen and fall off dropping a plate on my foot.
