Have been wanting to try an external SSD drive for a while now & so took the plunge with this model after reading rewiews here & on other sites. Must say I'm not disappointed with it so far it has more than justified the high praise & review scores. I have the wonderfull blue drive which looks really cool, well constructed with a metal shell it really feels a quality product. Supplied with two cables USB to C Type & C Type to C Type so well covered in all connection aspects. With a female C Type connection into the drive & operation light being the only things on the drive this really compact, very quiet & fast drive has been a dream. I won't go into tech detail, others have done that, look here or online for speeds etc. I'm just an ordinary bloke who's found this great drive really good, highly recommend 😁

Small, sleek and light, and it is enclosed in a metal case. The speed overall was OK (850 MBs write & 650 MBs read), and at least for now, it is reliable. It tends to get a bit hot just being connected to USB C/Thunderbolt port on my MacBook, even it was not doing anything at the time. The price for 1TB was good, but feel that 2TB is nowadays really a minimum to go for. Durability and reliability is difficult to judge after just few days, and only time will tell.

Compact well made.Normally I would upgrade the installed SSD for additional capacity.However, my current all in one is a bit more complicated than the traditional stick a laptop on the back of a big screen!Rather than risk of knackering the screen mechanism I went for external expansion.This is a perfect addition. Also a lot less hassle!Works with Android.Excellent travel storage.
