DuPont WFQTC90001 QuickTwist Microbiological Filter

Works, made in USA and a replacement for Brita "D" under-sink filter. A little pricey.

I bought this for replacement. Good product but I subtract 1 store for price is kind of high.

About 2 years ago I had the Dupont 3 Filter system installed as part of a kitchen remodel and have changed the filters as per the manufacturer's instructions. I believe that this system is working great to help us enjoy waster that is better for cooking and drinking. The only thing that I have issue is the cost of the 3 filters is around $150 per change. I feel that this is a better solution to purchasing bottled water.

My well water contains dissolved iron, minerals, and smells like rotten eggs. After talking with several water treatment companies quoting filter systems costing up to $6,000, I installed a Dow under sink filter system for around $200. It produces great tasting water. I replace the filters every 8 months or so when the flow rate has dropped and the taste starts to change. I'm very satisfied wit the quality of the water and the relatively low cost of the filters.

They do the job but expensive and wear out quickly!

Only lasts about months then water trickles out. Too pricey for 3 months of filtered water. It's more economical to order from a water delivery company.

Some folks have been hard on this and the other 7xxx filters saying that the water flow is bad through them.I think the difference in the flow rate is a good trade-off. Our water is palatable now. WAY Cheaper than bottled water.Our Charlotte water had gotten almost as bad as FL water in the past decade. I take an immunosuppressant to stay alive. *I get sick less often now using the three stage filter I use.*My personal uncompensated viewpoint.

Great product although a bit expensive in my opinion.
