Needed an extra remote control. I was able to pair it as soon as it arrived. Clear, easy steps. Just one button to open and close.

Very easy, one click programming. I like one big push button as compared to several. Easy to click without having to look at the remote to click the correct button. I bought this to go with the ONE remote that came with the basic BeamUp garage door opener.My only complaint is the BeamUp garage door opener should have came with two controllers instead of one. I guess this way they can get around 20% of the complete opener price for just a needed second remote that comes standard of the higher models that had features I didn't want.

I guess I would have known this had I read the Q&A on this product but I guess I did not. I just assumed it would communicate with the V2B. I am not sure how to rate it since it probably works fine if you have an actual Beam Up garage door opener. But since I do not, it is useless to me at this time and need to return it.

We had a Genie garage opener and remote, which was outdated. So we got the BU800 beamup opener and couldn’t be happier. Some other brands required a subscription fee to use the smart home feature. But I digress..Bought this clicker to pair with our BU800, though I’m certain it would work with other brands. Syncing was super easy, clear instructions were provided.We tested the range and it opens our garage well before we get to our driveway.Easy setup, and extended range. Not sure there’s anything more to want or expect out of an opener remote!
