The chairs were easy to assemble and surprisingly comfortable. However, after only having them for a few days one of the screw mounting mounts has already broken. If that break didn't happen I would rate them a 5 instead of a 1.Update: They sent me a replacement set which was appreciated. However, since having them 5 of the 8 chairs have snapped where the seat screws into the base. They look great but are not very durable at all. I can't recommend they be purchased unless for almost purely decorative purposes.

I loved the look of these chairs but I DO NOT recommend buying these. They are very flimsy and will fall apart eventually. After about 6 months, they became very wiggly and then after 9-12 months, the plastic part of the chair separated itself from the screws, rendering them unusable. I bought 8 total, and 3 are completely broken and others are loose. I recently bought 2 replacements from a different company and they are MUCH sturdier and better quality, so I recommend to buy this style chair from a different seller.

I was so excited to get these dining chairs last week, they matched my new dining room theme perfectly. Upon arrival they took about an hour for my eight year old and I to assemble together (if assembling without an eight year old it would probably take less time). They were nice and comfortable to sit in and really complemented my remodeled dining room. However, on day one a chair leg broke where it connected to the chair bottom in a way that Can not be fixed. I was very disappointed but thought that at least the other three seemed to be better quality. Then one by one over the last week two more chairs broke in the exact same way, at the point where they connect to the bottom of the chair base. Now Only one chair is currently useable and I am looking at buying a whole new set of chairs for my dining room. As much as I regret to leave negative reviews I cannot recommend that you spend your money on these chairs.

These chairs were very difficult to assemble. A few quotes from my husband while putting them together include: “man goes on murderous rampage after attempting to assemble chairs” “ikea furniture is easier to put together and that’s saying something” and “we should return these but then I would have to take them apart” According to my husbands you should not follow the directions to put them together but instead put them together in the opposite order for everything to actually connect. Altogether it took about an hour and 15 minutes to put together 4 chairs. The legs on the chairs are nearly impossible to make even. The backs do not feel very sturdy and seem like they could break if you lean back too hard. The quality is fine for the price. These chairs are good if you’re looking for a cheap set of chairs and can have patience to assemble them.

We like these a lot. Ordered a set of black and a set of white. Not the sturdiest chairs ever but they work well for our family and go with our modern feel.

We have had these chairs for about a year now. I will say, they are stylish and look good. However, the overall construction is lacking. The seat itself is fairly comfortable, however quite flimsy and lightweight. After a year, the chairs have started to make horrible creaking and squeaking noises when you sit on them or shift your weight at all. We have tried to tighten the screws, but nothing has worked. It's quite embarrassing to explain to guests that our chairs make "farting" noises, don't be alarmed. These chairs were inexpensive, so I would expect the quality to be a little on the lightweight side. However, it's really hard for us to overlook the embarrassing noise factor.

I bought four chairs for my home office/school room. Let me start off by saying for the price of these four chairs my expectations were not high. I’m aware you get what you pay for and I was ready not to be blown away. Now, for an average of $25 a chair...when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised.The quality is above average. It came with the legs already assembled which was awesome. All I had to do was attach the seat and it was ready to be sat on. I do like how the wood portion of the chair is left untreated. Meaning they could be painted or stained or just rub some mineral oil on it to add some character. My only complain would be the plastic chair itself is not strong enough to comfortably lean back. My kids do just fine but for my husband and I there is some significant flex to the back.Overall I am happy with this purchase. They will do for this homeschool mom on a budget.

I gave this a chance and not even a month in and broke from one of the brackets. It is very poor quality and has no type of support. Feels like a computer chair when you lean back on it. Sways more that it should. And only 130 lbs it gives. Not worth wasting you money on this product.

It makes weird noises when you sit and move on it.

One of the L-shaped hinge is wrong and couldn’t complete one chair. There should be 1xA , 1xB, 2xC L-shaped hinge to join the seat and foot. But I received 2xA, 1xB, 1xC. Please send me one set of tools for this chair as soon as possible.

Sat on twice and they broke. Of course, not in time to return.

DEs chaises compliqué à assembler, beaucoup de pièces, un ordre bien précis, et par ailleurs, une pièce manquante !!!! j'ai du attendre trois semaines pour obtenir celle qui me manquait. Je suis toujours dans l'attente d'un nouveau dossier, qui s'est cassé deux jours après avoir été installé. Nous avons peur qu'elles se cassent toutes, le dossier penchant beaucoup vers l'arrière quand nous sommes assis.Pour le prix c'est non.
