Good Lights - Almost Perfect Replacements for Old Lights
Have had no issues for 2 months - they flicker a little on startup and fade out but a simple capacitor in parallel would fix that. I'm just too lazy to add that. Also, in some cars, these lights may fade super dim but not "turn off". That's due to how the lights are controlled. In my case, it hasn't added significant drain. I metered the current they drew when they were dimmed and it was below 0.01 amps. Trust me, that won't affect your battery unless you plan to leave it for a LONG time.Edit: So... like 8 months in? I can't do math. Either way, I think these LED's were a good investment. They've held up great. I actually went ahead and added a little capacitor in parallel with them to get rid of the flicker caused by my car's amazing 10 year old electrical system, just like I mentioned. I also came to appreciate the faint glow that they give off when they "turn off" because of how they are controlled by the car. So heck, get yourself some. I like em'.

Excellent Product and Customer Service
Awesome product, i've always been a fan of Philips ever since I started driving 7 years ago and these lights have not disappointed me one bit. I have gone through many different LED's from multiple online retailers and I'm almost always left unsatisfied. Very bright and excellent beam spread, MUCH better than standard bulbs. They are also very well constructed and are only a little bit taller than OEM bulbs so they should have no problem fitting as direct replacement for other users. I have found that in the automotive lighting industry, you truly get what you pay for.As for Speed Shop, I couldn't be happier with the service. My original order came incomplete but after a painless email conversation with customer support (that was very quick to respond), my order was fixed and there were no "games" played at all. I recommend their business to anyone else and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Great OEM look
Great color. I ordered the 4000k and it's perfect for my 2014 Civic exl. Interior is white color and bright. I our based other LED's in the past and they may have been bright but they always have a cheap color appearance. Also they would flicker. This is a nice oem LED color bulb. I purchased t10 for my car. Total 3 sets. 3 bulbs for my interior, 2 for my license plate, and 1 for my rear passengers. I would recommend then. The only issue I had, which is not with the product, is that it takes like 4 days to get then even with Amazon price.

Plug and Play with no need for can-bus for my install.
Installed these on my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport door illumination. Perfect fit.LED’s are a much brighter than stock bulbs. I have not had a LED bulb go out before so cannot attest to the durability at this time but Philips guaranties the bulbs for a few years anyways.I purchased the 4000k temperature and the color matches the interior stock LED lighting perfectly.

Great Bright bulb on Honda Accord ( 50 lumens 4000k colour)
Looks great in Map lights and trunk light of Honda Accord 2017. 4000k is still pretty "blue/white". No issues using the LED bulbs on the display. The Lumen output isn't really much more than the stock Honda bulb which is a is a 12v 8 watt making 50 lumens (Honda uses a modified 168 bulb they call a "175" for its higher lumen output). The Philips LED bulb makes 50 lumens at at whiter colour though.

Upgraded look in my VW
I used these as replacement bulbs for the parking lights in my 2005 GTI. I chose the warm white which ultimately looks great but I was hoping to go for the slightly yellow glow that is a trade mark for Volkswagen.Definitely getting a quality bulb by Phillips.Pics are showing the brightness and I was able to get different angles showing the light

Great light, but annoying fitment issues.
The light produced is good, that much is true. But next time I'm going to try another top-tier brand. I had purchased a pair of these to replace the stock marker lamps that came preinstalled in my new headlight assemblies. The stock incandescent 194 bulbs came out easily, piece of cake. The base of the Philips XV LEDs is ever-so-slightly thicker, and the sockets are brand new, so it took a good bit of force to install them. More than I anticipated, but not enough to damage anything. Being LEDs obviously polarity matters, so I checked them prior to fully installing the new assemblies.Sure enough, no light - both of them are backwards. No big deal right? Except they're both a tight fit, and the frosted plastic caps pop off on both, and they resist removal. I pulled them both out and the metal contact wires (which are poorly crimped) come loose on the ends and shift about slightly. I didn't notice this on the first attempt, flipped the bulb, reinstalled - still no light. Uh oh. Is this bulb DOA? I pulled the bulb out AGAIN - carefully noting direction of the "Philips" text on the bulb in relation to the socket - and looked it over. Yep, had to get the pliers and prod/smush the contact wires back into place. Installed it back and it worked great. Pulled the other side (equally stubborn), smushed the contacts back into place, flipped and reinstalled. Works great. Reinstalled the stupid plastic caps and bolted everything into place. If I wasn't so annoyed at the time I would have taken a picture.Success! The marker lights are amazing, far better than stock. They really look beautiful, the light spread is comparable to an incandescent (unlike some LEDs which are highly directional), but significantly brighter. I double checked the incandescent lamps which I had removed (which again came out easily as expected of any typical T10 wedge base) and there was no irregularities in the construction or contact wires. They are perfect. So while the final result was great, I really wish the (Chinese-built) Philips units had better fitment closer to that of a stock incandescent. Next time I'll try Sylvania or Wagner LEDs.
