I think if I did this everyday, I WOULD have the ultimate body!So here's how the DVD breaks down... You have two choices for your cardio. There's Boot Camp (jumping jacks, hops, squats, jogging) and Kickboxing (punches, kicks, etc). For each type of cardio, you can pick from two 20 min workouts and one 30 min workout. Each also has an additional 8 - 9 min ab workout.For strength training, you can choose from upper body (7 min), lower body (9 min), or abs (8 min). There also is a 25 min ultimate ab workout that combines the strength, kickboxing, and boot camp ab workouts into one.It's nice to be able to have a little variety in your workouts and also adjust your workout length. The instructor is very good at cueing and reminding you about proper form. The only complaint I would have is that her voice occasionally gets kinda high-pitched and shrill. But usually she keeps it down. The music is just a generic dance beat sort of thing that is in the background.I really love this DVD! The cardio gets you sweating and goes fast. The strength training is thorough and quick. When you are done you FEEL like you have worked out!I can't wait to whip my body into shape so I can move on to the Ultimate Body Challenging Workouts!

Great workout
I bought this DVD almost 2 years ago to help me get in shape for my wedding. I stopped using it for quite a while but I'm using it regularly again. I love it - it's a great workout (though you can't just do the motions - you need to push yourself!!) and I feel great after I do it. Meghan's voice can get a little annoying sometimes when she's counting, because it gets higher with every number, but I don't let it bother me. I also noticed one time when she actually counts from 1 to 8 instead of 8 to 1 like she normally does and though she maintains composure, it seems like she notices her mistake shortly after starting.I was disappointed with the strength training portion - I used weights heavier than Meghan's (but not as heavy as the guy's) and didn't feel like I worked at all - especially for the legs. I guess that's why it's called the Beginning workouts. The cardio kickboxing and the bootcamp cardio keep me sweating and keep my heart pounding, so I'm not going to complain too much.I have the next DVD as well and was just waiting until I was a little more in shape before I started on that one, but I think it will happen pretty soon. I'm excited for some different routines!

Not thorough enough
I recently bought this workout video to add some variety to my workout and was so disappointed to see that she is not thorough in her workout. For example, I did the arm workout and it does not workout the arms fully and it is shorter than 15 minutes. I thought that maybe there was another workout in this DVD that would workout the arms again, a bit more fully this time, but there was none. Most of the workouts here are mat work for abs and kickboxing and jumping around, so mostly you'll get an aerobic workout and workout your legs a lot, which I already do because I walk 4 miles everyday. I'm going to have to buy yet another workout for my arms now, since this is mostly aeroebic and not the full body workout I thought it hinted at. I wish there was a button for 0 stars because this is not even worth the price I paid and its going in the garbage. I highly recommend Leslie Sansone's 4 mile walk video. It is wonderful. I think I'm going to stick to what I know and has worked for me so far.

Great workout...a bit beyond me starting out...
There are multiple workouts on this disc, I can't imagine how ANYONE could get bored. However, as an out of shape 60 something I couldn't keep up...had to just do what I could and finally got there. Hang in there...and keep working!

Good workouts, good value
I really like this video and use it almost every day. There are over 12 different workouts on this video and my favorites are Cardio Boot Camp (routine #1) and the strength training for the upper and lower body. I have a bad back and can't do the twisting or bending but thankfully there is not much of either in the routines that I mentioned.

If I hear the word "Squeeze" one more time!!!
Good toning workouts, with the ability to mix and match a number of workouts, from kickboxing to strength training and abs, allowing you to customize the time and content of your workout. The instructor, however, has a very high-pitched nasal voice and seems to say "squeeze" often in a pitch that only dogs should be able to hear.

Okay.
This is an okay video so far. I do like some of the strength exercises and admit have not tried all of the exercises to date. I, like many reviewers of this DVD, have a difficult time getting past her voice...it's slightly annoying.

Love this exercise program
Love this exercise program. I like the way she has it broken up in segments. You can do a little or a lot. For a moderately out of shape person this works great for me.
