05/04/2014Originally I bought 2 large and thought it would fit after washing it hot (based on the reviews), but it didn't!! I workout all the time (6 days a week), 5'9", 185lbs @ 6.5% bodyfat and the tanks were showing major nips when working out, had to keep adjusting, which was annoying. The thing I really like was that it kept me really cool during my 60 minute cardio sessions. Personally I like it when the tank is more fitted/hugging your body, the large was just too loose. Trying a medium next. Overall, I like the pattern of the tank, the size was just off.update: 05/12/2014Got the 2 mediums. After washing them, they fit just PERFECT!!! If you like a racerback (aka stringer) that fits close to your body, go one size smaller than your normal size. Just bought 2 more.

Great tank. I just ordered my 3rd one. IMO, they run a bit large. For example, I typically wear an XL t shirt, which fit snug and not too baggy. For this tank, I ordered L, and they fit well. I am 5'11" and 210, 33 waist and 48 chest. They will shrink in the dryer if you dry too hot, but I just slip my arms inside, stretch it side to side and front to back and good to go again.

I purchased this to use at the gym and running, I noticed that they are of VERY high quality and I really love the thin racer back tank top style. They do seem to run a little large and because of this I ordered more in a size smaller. The only issue I had was it tends to pull down low while lifting and it needs to be adjusted, the same with running, the shoulders tend to move a lot and it keeps exposing the chest requiring constant adjustment. The smaller size helps a lot with this. I would highly recommend going smaller. The dryer shrunk them a tiny bit and I put it on high heat but the shrinkage is minimal. This is a great tank top for the price I would highly recommend it and plan to buy more in all the colors for variety. We really enjoy Amazon and it is somewhat of an addiction, most of our shopping is done online and we find it is a wonderful way to shop. It is very easy to be able to search for the perfect item and send it right to someone as a gift without the hassle of going to the post office. We really enjoy trying and testing different products and reviewing them. When we are purchasing items the first place we look is the review section to see what experiences other shoppers have had with a particular item. This has been a big part of our decision to purchase an item or not. Because of this, we like to leave detailed reviews of the items we purchase to help others make the same decision.

Sizing is one size to large. And to make matters worse you can't return the items even if unopened. XL is supposed to fit a 44-46 inch chest. I have a 46 inch chest and the XL I received is too large. I can only imagine what the item would fit like if I had a 44 inch chest. The fabric is cotton however and does shrink from being too large to somewhat large after a hot wash and dry. It may become an even better fit after several washing's. Otherwise, the design is ideal.

I'm 6'3", 200lbs with a 32" waist and 44" chest. This tank top fits really well - it isn't snug on me but it isn't really loose either to where you have to constantly adjust because a nipple shows. I have a fairly wide back (finding dress shirts that are somewhat form fitting but that actually fit well in the upper back area is difficult) but the cut fits great. It did not shrink much after the wash to where I have noticed a huge change in size. I'd recommend this and am planning on getting some more. Questions are welcome if you have them.This is the second tank top that I have ordered. It looks like they changed the design only slightly - thinner shoulder straps and a small logo on the rear between the shoulder blades.

I receive this stringer tank today 04/10/14. I have been looking for workout tanks that don't restrict/get in the way. Women's workout clothes I am not too keen on having it cling to me and not cover problem areas and is a bit shorter in the hip area. I prefer to wear men's tanks since they are roomy and I can wear a cropped sports tank for color contrast.The length hides the hip/abs and waist. I am self conscious of my problem areas and want to hid them. I wear a woman's large and a mans XL stringer tank that fits with generous roominess.I will only hand wash tops that i feel may shrink in cold water with Woolite, hang to dry and stretch out a bit so it wont dry wrinkled.This is a unisex top even though they advertise it for men. I went to a store that carries these and I was told they are unisex. the price in the store was a bit high for my taste at $26.47. I went to Amazon and found the same stringer tank for a lot less, I was ecstatic. The price is right: $10.75 + 5.83 sh & h. I got the white and now I am looking at the other colors.I highly recommend 100%.

These tank tops are just great. They are cotton, light weight and loose fitting. Excellent for the gym. I wanted the Y back so I could see more of my back when exercising. The loose fit makes them very comfortable and allows room to breath and stay cool. Likewise for them being light weight. Ive had a few Y back tops that fit snug and are a heavy material, overall I found them oppressive and uncomfortable. I prefer cotton because body odor doesnt become a problem when wearing it. Over all Id recommend this to anyone looking for a great tank top.

Large is for large people. If you want that snug feel get a size smaller

If this is a small you likely need a 60 inch chest for a large

Too small by a few sizes. Gave away
