My beard is not primarily grey. There are some grey hairs and in only a day or two they are mostly not grey anymore. I can't comment on the "conditioning" element since I have only used the product for three days. I can say I agree with a previous review that there is an odd "shell fish" aroma upon initial application but that seems to go away pretty quickly (or, I get used to it). The container is tiny but a small amount of the product goes a long way.

I wish I could give this five stars. It works great. And it does great on my sensitive skin, as opposed to just for men which would absolutely wreck it. But there's one big problem. IT STINKS! And I mean literally. It smells so, so bad. It's gross. I have to let it dry in and then put something else on to hide the smell after.

It actually smells a bit like fish (not that I don’t like that smell near my mouth, just not what I expected) seems to be working after about 8 days of using it. By the way the smell lasts for a couple of minutes only, then it goes away.

This smells like fish - so isn't practical at all to use, of course. I wouldn't purchase this again. Not effective, poor smell, not practical, too expensive.

Looks great when you you first use it but buy the end of the day it has worn off .

My beard went from cool G.I.Joe to Santa Claus in like a year. Just For Men worked until the inevitable skin irritation set in - and it was brutal. This balm rubs in and works instantly. No irritation. Looks great. For someone that dabbles with a beard on and off this is ideal.

I had been applying it on almost every alternate day for last month but I see no noticeable change. Also it smells like shell fish for the next 2-3 mins after application. Not sure at this point if I will see any change if I keep applying it, but will keep applying and update when I am finished with the entire bottle.
