Works better than Fitbit and half the cost.
Overall really good device. The app is a little weak but not a big deal. You can get a lot of really good functionality when you connect it with the health app on Apple IOS. The band design makes it a lot more sturdy than the fitbits. Had a couple of those and they broke where the band connects to the electronics. This one is much more sturdy.A plus over the fitbits is the steps and sleep monitoring is much more accurate. The battery also lasts a long time. Surprisingly long time.Setup is a bit challenging. The instructions are in Chinese and broken English. Once you get it set to English it is very usable. The only negative is the clock. It stays in 24 hour mode. No way to change it to AM/PM. Not a show stopper though. The price and functionality definitely make the clock issue a non-issue. Overall this is a very good device.

Specifically designed for walking, not other exercises. Not continuous monitoring.
It seems to do what it does well enough, and the price is right, but it just wasn't what I was looking for. It will track daily steps and will monitor heart rate, and while it will send step count to your phone, it won't do so for heart rate. It probably tracks steps via accelerometer and not by heart rate. Be aware, in one of the questions that was asked of the seller is if it does continuous monitoring of heart rate, and the seller answered yes. IT DOES NOT DO CONSTANT HEART RATE MONITORING. Like many sports bands there are different functions to scroll through, and the heart rate monitor is one. So once the unit is changed off that selection, it no longer will monitor heart rate. That makes it "on demand," and not "continuous." I wore this band while cycling around 5 miles (test run), and it stated I burned 0.91 calories, obviously incorrect. I wrote the seller, and the deal is that in "exercise" mode, it doesn't actually monitor heart rate, but uses the accelerometer. The seller suggested that I do walking for exercise as that is what is monitored by the unit. Since I got it for continuous heart rate monitoring of my various activities (cycling and trail running), and it specifically does not do either of these things, I have returned it.

The app shuts off my wifi and more
The app. That you have to download for the Android phone , shuts off your wifi Non-stop , had to delete it and because my heartbeat is irregular it stays lit up most of the time. I was told to go with a different type but couldn't afford to do it is a case of you get what you pay for!!! Oh well.😐

Think about it and compare
Pros: keeps great track of heart rate, steps, sleep, and exercise activity. Cons: charge doesn't last a full day and you get no warning before it dies. I would really have to think about it before I ordered it again because I'm already thinking of getting the comparable fitbit product.

I didn't do my homework first !!!!
Short battery life ( recharging every other day) app doesn't sync properly and heart rate monitor is EXTREMELY inaccurate..... but like that old expression goes " You get what you paid for "
