When I began using this product immediately I noticed a feeling on both of my kidneys. It's not a pain just a ting, not sure if I'm suppose to feel this, however Im assuming that it's working. I also noticed that my legs aren't achy from lack of circulation. I do urinate longer as well. I can confirm as with other reviews, that it doesn't dissolve completely, but it's bearable, not harsh at all.

The powder sometimes is lumpy when you try to mix it with juice or water. I prefer capsules which are easier to take.

Dr recommended it . However it bothered my stomach. To much bloating!

I've used plain d'mannose for some time but wanted to try this because of the PACS and the studies that have been done showing the benefits of PACS. I wanted to leave an early review showing what it looks like in water. D'mannose dissolves and tastes much better in water. This tastes "grainy" and doesn't dissolve. I'm not very picky so it won't be an issue for me...but for some it might. It's really not bad just different if you're used to plain dmannose. I will try to update my review after I've used it for awhile.

If you take as directed or even solely around times you just think you need extra protection, this stuff really works! It was suggested by my urologist, so doctor recommended! Doesn’t dissolve at all, but completely tasteless.

My doctor recommended this as a combo product to fight off recurring UTIs. So far so good! My issue with this product is its grittiness and the way it doesn’t dissolve well in liquid… it’s a little tricky to take. I continue to try different ways to take it; it mixes pretty well with yogurt. It doesn’t taste great, but it’s better than pure unsweetened cranberry juice.

I enjoy the flavor of these herbs. I have added orange herbal tea and it does not disappoint.

The taste. Not worth the 30.00
