Not enough explanation of poses
Fine for people used to the yoga positions but not for those new to yoga as the positions aren't fully explained and the camera angles are awful - the presenter talks about where your feet should be but the camera is aimed at her head and shoulders and then a side angle so you can't see! However this is a lovely workout

Yeah,just feel like this DVD was thrown together. She talks when she should be instructing so she's already moved on and you're still in downward dog. Feels more demonstrable than anything else. Once you get the hang of what is happening, you're ok. Ends abruptly at the end of the cool down as well. It's definitely NOT a beginner video. having been doing yoga for several years, leave this until you are confident in your practice.

Yoga gets tough!
As a keen exerciser - I like to feel like I have had a tough work out. Brought this DVD as wanted something different to break up running and Gillian Michaels workouts. This is great - you really feel like you have done something and feel strangely relaxed at the end of the workout. Goes into my fav workout DVD selection

My favourite workout dvd! I have been using this for months. It's quick but very effective and has toned my body all over.
