I brought this computer twice. The first time it crashed on me. I returned it and got another of the same. It was ok at first. But then a few weeks later, the #1 button stopped working. The laptop was ok for what I needed it for. But now, I can't type the number 1 so it's again garbage. I do a lot of number work in my job and now I can't do my expense reports because one button does not respond. They say you get what you pay for. And for 300$ this is not worth it. I'm basically back to not having a laptop. Do not buy this crap. I repeat, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP! SHAME ON AMAZON FOR ASSOCIATING WITH THIS SELLER. WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!

WASTE OF MONEY!!! Doesn’t even turn on!

The WiFi wouldn’t work on it and laptop it self seemed really cheap and flimsy sent it back couldn’t see it lasting more then a couple of months if it had worked?

I bought this computer for my 10-year-old to do his homework online, Adventure Academy. We had to download the school APP. This took FOREVER! After we managed to download the App, we could not get the App to work due to the slow speed....not enough space on the computer, and no way to even upgrade the RAM. I wish I had never bought this piece of crap. I didn't bother to return the computer because it cost more to ship than it is worth!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY people. I wish I had just gone to a local computer store and bought one second-hand. It was a complete and total waste of my money and I'm already on a limited budget. Save yourself and run away from making this mistake. I had to resurrect an old computer in order for my son to get his homework done. You've been warned!

Not very flashy in terms of speed or capabilities but it does the job and for the price it's good

Dislike the customer service part. The screen has been damaged making it unusable. Only fix was to mail in to Amazon IIItrade said for refund. Not doing repairs They said. They have a one year warranty. Called Amazon customer service. They sent me to Asurion. My 4 year insurance plan to get a refund. Now I'm out of the laptop that I have to replace. Getting a refund minus the taxes from Asurion not IIItrade the company i bought it from. Remember that 1 year warranty. Laptop is 4 months old. But had to us Asurion. Now out of my 4 year warranty too. Why am I not happy

If you are looking for a computer for basic operation, internet, this is a good choice. the internet speed is very good, and the screen will not disappoint.

This laptop has been crap since I got it! I should have returned it! Lesson learned too late! Won’t connect to my WiFi or Internet! Had to buy an network adapter to make it work & still it doesn’t connect most of the time!
