works nicely most of the time.
My only issue with this device is that it requires some work to use it with other screw head types.It seems to me to be geared toward the amateur market, and that's fine, but I'd gladly pay more for a more professional model that would hold a 4" deck screw in place as well as a 1/4" cabinet hinge screw. Maybe I'll design it.
