Primal Kitchen Mayo made with Avocado Oil and Cage-Free Eggs Variety Pack, Original & Pesto, 12 Ounces, Pack of 2

This mayo is tasty and has all of the right ingredients in order to give the health conscious peace of mind. However, the price point is ridiculous. It inspired to make my own mayo, which takes about 3 minutes, is fresh and unpasturized, delicious, and with only a small pulse food processor, 1 whole egg, a cup of avocado oil, a dash of lemon, cider vinegar, and herbs of my choice.

Primal is by far the best tasting mayo that is free from soy and seed oils. It's a little more pricy, but health benefits beat the increase in cost.

We love the taste of most Primal Kitchen products. Their mayo is one of our favorites. Smooth, healthier than most other mayo's and great taste.

The garlic aioli tastes awful. It’s incredibly lemon tart forward. No garlic flavor at all. It ruins anything that you put it on. Stick to the regular product and skip this one.

Jar is to small it should be made in regular size it will cost more but it is worth it

Primal Kitchen products are a little pricey but they are so good. They excel in both flavor and a clean ingredient label. So if you are price shopping, this isn't for you. If you are interested in "clean eating", check out their many varieties and know you are "doing your body good"

I can't even remember the ingredients on this but I do remember that I liked how it tasted! I love Chipotle Style dressings and this was perfect for spreading on sandwiches or using as a dip for chicken. I'm usually pretty careful about the ingredients of things that I buy honestly I thought I've got this at Trader Joe's but now I see that I bought it here so I'm going to buy more

This jar is less than half the size of a regular jar of Best Foods mayo, which at this price, plus shipping, is insane. The ingredients aren't all that expensive so why does it need to cost this much? Granted, it's a speciality item that not that many people will order. And it is guaranteed to remain a speciality item at this cost. Maybe, if they lowered the price just enough so that it inched into "reasonable" territory--or at least into "slightly ruinous"--more people would by it.As for the taste, I like it, though it is a bit strong on the vinegar. It's rich and creamy and you do pick up on the avacado. The aftertaste lingers for a while...I haven't decided yet if it lingers pleasantly or not. Also, it causes a slight puckering reaction. It probably goes on the more accessible end of the "acquired taste" shelf.Until the price drops I won't be buying more.P.S. I found that mixing this with canola mayonnaise not only makes it go farther--good at this price--but it also moderated the vinegariness and aftertaste. Then I made some tartar sauce with the combine mayonnaise, relish, a dash of garlic and onion powder. Delicious! The best tartar sauce I've ever had. The hint of avacado gives it a depth and richness that can't be beat.
