I was sent this item to try and review and it worked great! The only issue I had was in the beginning, because your to take 3 capsules daily. I was unable to take them all at once, so I found that if I split them up into 3 times a day it worked well for me and I feel I had the same effect.My doctor has told me to take probiotics for stomach issues I have and there’s only so much yogurt I can swallow before it makes me sick. These vegan probiotics worked just as good as the other synthetic ones, I feel even better because they are plant based. I had no after taste. They did not make me feel sick. There was no funny burp aftertaste And while large they were still manageable to swallow.I definitely will continue to purchase this product as I love the plant based alternative!!! The price is right and they have helped my stomach issues a lot. You will not be disappointed if you try them.

SBO Probiotic capsules are easy to swallow, odor-free, and work great. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now. I admit I was concerned about gas and cramping from the some of the greens, but haven't experienced either.There's no weird taste, smell, after taste as with some probiotics that I've taken before. I take three capsules first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach as is recommended on the bottle. I feel like I have more energy. My tummy is a little flatter, and I have no bloating at all.It feels great knowing that everything in SBO Probiotics is 100% Vegan, organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free too. This company is one of the only vegan probiotics out there I trust! I've tried many others and was a waste of my money. As you know being vegan can actually bloat you up from all the gasses the vegetables we consume. These supplements have helped me tremendously and I can't go back! I got these supplements to try to boost my probiotics intake. You take 3 capsules with plenty of water before breakfast. I had a little bit of trouble with swallowing the capsules, so I suggest drinking plenty of water with these. They worked amazingly for me! I have ibs, so I noticed after taking these for a few days, the daily bloat I usually wake up with wasn't there. Also, when I took the capsules, they made me feel full, so I would skip breakfast some mornings. I would suggest taking these supplements with a full bottle of water an hour or so before you normally eat breakfast. I would buy these again.

Considering this product has both greens and probiotics, it is an easy way (and easy to swallow capsule!) to get two health benefits without having to taste the flavor of greens. It is a decent value for the money as it is two diff products with diff health benefits rolled into one. I took it every morning for a month and my system was running smoothly and I had more energy :-) Thank you!!!

I am almost done with my first bottle of this probiotic and have been really happy with it. Although the capsules are big and you have to take 3, as long as you have a big glass of water it isn’t challenging to take them. They do have a flavor, but it’s literally the flavor of the greens that make up the product. It’s not medicine-y, it tastes fresh and healthy. There was zero discomfort adding these to my diet: zero cramping, bloating, gas, etc. there were no negative side effects at all. The positives I noticed were ease of bowel movement and time spent taking them! When everything is working properly I found they should be regular, easy, and not take strain or time. This product was great, I appreciated it being vegan, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to add a probiotic to their diet.

I’ve been taking this supplement for 2 weeks and WOW can I tell a difference!!! The SBO probiotic + greens helped me get regular without the usual bloating and abdominal discomfort that I’ve experienced with other probiotics. I’ve definitely noticed less bloating and tummy problems, just make sure you drink enough fluid with it or it will go the other way and you won’t be able to go.The pills in itself are tasteless and I don’t have any problems swallowing them. If you are somebody who can’t swallow big pills you’re in luck! These pills are actually capsules that you can open and sprinkle the powder into a smoothie, water, etc.The attached picture is for size reference. I was really excited to try this probiotic as digestion is always a concern of mine. I took the recommended dose for 3 days and digestion-wise all was good. Unfortunately I have a elevated blood pressure and after 3 days, I checked and my blood pressure was up by 20 points. I read the label on the back of the bottle,( the writing was very tiny), that recommended checking with your doctor if you had high blood pressure. So because of that concern I quit taking the probiotic. If you have an problem with blood pressure I would check with your doctor before using this product. This is why I gave it only 3 stars.
