I finally received the bike after 45 days of waiting. My guess is it's shipped from abroad.BAD: there is ABSOLUTELY no instructions on how to assemble the bike which is half assembled. It did NOT come with any user guide/manual nor assembly instructions. I spent hours searching for tips on youtube. The copied product "SHIMANG" not the real original "SHIMANO". Parts are kind of cheap. You get what you pay for.GOOD: it looks nice and ride ok. I still need to adjust the brakes to be able to stop safely.I will update my review in a few weeks after taking it out on the road.Ok. So, here is the update after a few rides. The seat is very uncomfortable. I could feel the 7 speed gears slipping from time to time when pedaling (that makes me feel a bit nervous as I fear that the chain may fall out). The rear brake is loose. I try to tighten it by pulling on the cable as seen on YouTube but it's still not to my satisfaction.Downgraded from 3 stars to 2 stars.

This is NOT a $250 dollar Bike! First of all, there was ZERO communication from the seller, obviously NOW in retrospect because the seller is from China. (Jeff Bezos, PLEASE PROTECT AMAZON Customers!!!). If I had known originally this seller was from China I would have steered clear WAY LEFT. Let’s start with the fact that it took almost 2 months to get the product, ZERO communication from the seller and the box came is really bad shape once delivered... I was already weary of what was to come. When I opened the package everything seemed OK, the bike seemed to be legit and solid... Now the task of putting it together, ZERO paperwork, ZERO instructions or manufacturer ANYTHING. I had to YouTube some vids for brake parts because the disks were misaligned and scraping as well as the whole front braking mechanism was not intact and missing parts. I had to Mcguyver it to make it work. (For those too young to know, this Mcguyver guy would make miracles happen with a paper clip and duct tape!). Moving on, once I finally got the bike together, I went for a test ride... The gears say “Shimano” however, I am really disappointed and skeptical they are truly shimano gears!!! They are constantly searching and on the maiden voyage my 6 year old asked me, “what was wrong with my bike”! Needless to say, I DO NOT believe these are shimano gears and will be calling the company tomorrow to confirm they make fears for this brand of bike. The Bike itself rode decent except for the misaligned front disc which I could not get centered for the life of me... I would say, $100 bike at most. Also, the seat is extremely uncomfortable and not quality. The only quality part of this bike is the really cool bike spikes which are head turners and unique in style... please, steer clear and heed my advice. We live in a connected world and sellers just must do better and be honest to customers... Sad, Sad day... I am only a recreational rider and can deal with the loss however if you are going to ride serious, go to a local bike shop and spend $100 more for a decent entry level mountain bike....

I would like to say that it was worth the wait (just over 2 months) but alas, it was not. It was for my 10-year old son and he was delighted with it but as some others stated, no directions/manual or anything to assist with putting this thing together. Came from China for sure and if id known, i would have looked elsewhere. Overall the bike is decent but not near worth the wait nor the money.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  El material de la bicicleta está bien.. pero cuando llego a mi domicilio la caja estaba muy maltratada... no venía herramienta para armar el artículo... y lo peor no venía el INSTRUCTIVO!!!😱... que mal ... yo no soy profesional en armar bicicletas y si se me dificultó... creo que si estás pagando un producto es para que te lo envíen como prometen en la descripción del articulo... tuve que hablar a Atención al cliente de Amazon para pedir ayuda.. que incongruencia de parte del vendedor😠Varios días después de utilizar la bicicleta me di cuenta que la calidad no es para nada buena.. a las dos semanas aproximadas de uso y no estamos hablando de uso extremo como se supone que para montaña fue hecho y ya le salieron de talles ... el primero la llanta delantera de repente se le sale el aire y el segundo el asiento se afloja a los primeros 5 min de uso ... por más que le aprieto los materiales de refuerzo .. nada!!!.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 como si me hubiera costado 50dls!!!.. Amazon tienes buenos productos pero este es un caro y desilucionante mugrero... cuida más a tus consumidores Amazon ... si pudiera regresar este producto y me reembolsaran mi dinero lo haría con mucho gusto!!!!

This bike comes with no instruction manual and also some of the parts don't fit or are defected. I had to take my bike (which came after almost 4 months) to a bike shop to get it assembled and pay them $55 to get it sorted out.I ordered it because i was desperate couldn't find any bikes around. Please go to a bike shop and get it from them.I even emailed this company multiple times reporting my issue and never got a reply.

It took over 3 months to arrive. Fine, I get it. Now I discovered items are missing and the seat slides down. Tried to get those items. Seller NEVER responds. Took it to a bike shop and the missing pieces will cost me 1/3 of the total price. I don’t recommend the hassle unless you’re into that sort of thing.
