Love the quality and the color of it.. I got mine for $48 and this rod is worth every penny.. The reel is 65 when if plenty enough for me. Have been using it and it feels very comfortable and you do feel even small bits too.. Also it’s 10 feet long which helps you to cast further..

Casts well, solid, only used it for a day so far but it worked just fine surf fishing. Only thing, and it’s no surprise, the pre spooled line is like plastic wire. No need to take off a star but plan on respooling before you use it
