Cannot return this item by UPS, so why are they saying you have go to get the refund???Its not a physical piece.It came in an efile format by email to me.

Most, but not all of my apps were automatically transferred from my old Kindle to the new Kindle. This was not a major issue as I simply downloaded the apps again. Just frustrating when I couldn't find them. Oherwise I love the new Kindle.

This is my third Kindle my old Fire did not have enough to support the game I play on it so I needed a new one and my game is now much easier to play. Both were good for reading. I read a lot of books and have a lot.

I am happy the company is quick to respond but the item has not even shipped from Amazon yet. Why am I paying for coverage a week or so before I have the item? It was stated you pay for coverage the day you buy it but coverage would not start until the day you received item. The email shows coverage starting on day it was bought not a week or so later when item will be received.

I do not know if it is applied or not. I know that it was supposed to be added to my tablet on November 1. I will appreciate when it comes.

I never buy expensive items without insurance, but this policy saved me money one year. My Kindle Paperwhite developed a cracked screen and I have no idea how it happened, but I contacted them and I had a new one within days. I buy insurance for all my devices and you should too.
