This is a very effective patio cleaner. Just spray it on mixed four parts water to one part hypochlorite. Spray on leave for 30-60 minutes and spray off with a pressure washer or hose. Repeat when necessary but at least every year. I bought far too much. A five litre can will do most patios. Very effective. Keep pets away until washed off. Good value for money.

I applied this to damp patio slabs and worked it in with a stiff brush before jet washing.... worked well and my partner is impressed with the results.

I had read the reviews before I purchased this and it certainly lives up to its reputation. My patio has never looked so clean. I sprayed it on after wetting my patio, brushed it in and left it for an hour before giving it a ‘very easy’ jet wash.

This stuff is great. I've recommended it to everyone I've heard talking about patio cleaning.I mixed it about 1 part liquid to 4 parts water in a watering can and poured it over my grey Indian sandstone. I lightly pushed it about with a brush to make it look soapy and then used the pressure washer to wash it off. I wasnt even having to work with the pressure washer I was literally just using it to push the water off the patio and onto the drive. The results were a brand new looking patio with no green patches.I then mixed it up in a pump sprayer bottle and used on my acrylic render walls which had green patches showing. Again no effort at all, spray on and left for the rain to wash away and the render looks brand new again.I then thought the fence looked a bit green so I sprayed some on that too and now my fence looks nice and new again.This stuff is actually brilliant!Wear goggles and old clothes though. It hurts if the spray gets blown into your eyes and it'll bleach your clothing.

After doing lots of research for my lovely one year old patio which had a lot of green in the grouting and on the tile itself we used this stuff. Spent about £12 on PPE and we looked like something from breaking bad. Made solution in a big weeding bucket and applied with a brush. It’s come up like new and should last a year before we do again. I would suggest to anyone who has a patio laid to give it a year then clean and not let it build up. I was advised not to use the power hose on the grout hence I went down this route. My husband and I worked as a team as I was frankly scared to death I’d fume myself to death. Husband used a snow shovel to protect lawn as I was getting a bit sloppy. I was doubled panted but managed to bleach the outer pant. This would be great for roof tiles but that is out of my league. It’s pretty quick, less effort than power hose, less noise, less water, no damage. also suggest good preparation, water bottles near by as it’s hot in the mask and goggles, plan reverse approach, one clean partner to fetch and carry one to do the job that stays off the lawn. Pleased with purchase, no untradesman to butcher the grout as I did get a quote. Quite therapeutic washing off.
