Good Value, Officially Licensed by GM.
Dexron VI is the recommended fluid for most GM (Chevrolet, GMC, etc) vehicles with automatic transmissions that either require the newer Dexron VI or the older Dexron III (this fluid is backwards-compatible).This is an officially licensed fluid so the quality should be comparable to any other Dexron VI, though I haven't done any laboratory testing to compare this to more expensive brands of fluid. It worked fine in Suburban so I'm happy, because it was quite a bit cheaper than other brands of fluid.I did some research and Amalie is a decent-sized American company that makes a lot of store-brand fluids, but doesn't have a major retail presence, at least here on the west coast. Either way, I try to stick with officially licensed fluids for my vehicles, vs "universal" or "multi-vehicle" fluids that claim to meet many different specifications, though I'm not saying those are bad, I just prefer to use the right stuff.

Best ATF oil brand I've ever used
A fully synthetic oil that does not have a 'premium' price tag attached to other brands like Pennzoil, Mobil 1, or--God forbid--RedLine. I had rebuilt two transmissions and put this stuff in them and have had no problems for 30k miles on a Subaru Forester and 10k miles on an SVX. The SVX especially was notorious for overheating transmission and early ATF breakdown, but Amalie's oil dissipates the heat quickly and the fluid lasts longer; mine is still not murky or dark after all those miles. Amalie's slogan is "Better than it has to be", and for their price and quality versus the competition, that is very true.

The right stuff
Full synthetic Dex VI . Used it in my old '99 Yukon and my old '09 Malibu. Both vehicles went 200k miles and sold both running just fine with the trans. serviced via the severe duty schedule. It's all I use in my current fleet. Price is right also. Don't be swayed by the heavily advertised overpriced ''brands''.

Good price for a Dexron VI
Used in 2010 Buick Lacrosse. Have not had time to see how well it works. Not having any problems with transmission, I just do a drain and fill every 15k to keep fluid fresh

great fluid, great price
Fully synthetic Dexron VI. 12 quarts for this price? Very good company, very good fluid. No, its not royal purple, or redline...but...they dont have multi million dollar advertising campaigns. its what a lot of guys run at my local race track. if its good enough for them, its good enough for me.

Junk
Theres a reason this stuff isn't sold in stores, it will fry your transmission. Flush it out asap if used this stuff.

ATF that meets Dextron VI specs. I've used this ...
ATF that meets Dextron VI specs. I've used this brand in another GM application a few years ago without any issues. I replaced the fluid in an 07 Cadillac SRX 5 speed AT by adding back what was drained out after installing a new filter. The process used is a little more detailed than what can be included in a product review but for all purposes all the fluid was replaced with new. Not just what was in the pan. I used all 12 qts.
