Very similar to the other version of Soul Psychology. Still a great read for those looking to improves one relationship with themselves and therefore those in the world around themself.

Fantastic insights and info. This author synthesizes many concepts from multiple sources. Read the first in the series first though, as this expands on certain topics. I gave copies of this to both of my young-adult children who are about to enter committed relationships. Amazing views on relationships and sexuality, well worth the read even if it doesn't ring true for you. I wish I had gotten this view 40 years ago.

I bought 'Soul Psychology: How to Clear Negative Emotions and Spiritualize Your Life' and found it five stars worth. I was disappointed in this book due to the extremely heavy overlap between the two books. Personally, I found the other book better written and with greater content.
